Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

Ask for a receipt. I was shorted.

Orderer a xl meat lovers online. Went to pickup and noticed a sign on jets door that said to call for the pizza to brought out.

As i was dialing the number, an employee came out with someone elses food. The employee said i could pay them. I responded with i didnt know the amount. The employee said they would figure it out.

I gave the employee 34 dollars in cash. When the employee returned with 9 dollars and food and the remark that 25 dollars covered it. I asked how much it was they responded again with 25 dollars covered it. There was no receipt. I gave them 5 dollars as tip.

When i checked the online receipt i saw that it was around 23.30. I then told the employee this and they said at first the 25 covered it, once they understood i had the online receipt they said oh sorry ill get the change. I said its fine.

The 1.70 isnt the issue. Theres is supposed to be a trust. I dont know who actually made the transaction, but keep an eye on your receipt when you make...

This five point Dr. Location just produced the best jets pizza I have ever had, by far. I'm not sure if it was done on purpose, or by accident, but all the food was cooked perfect. So many times you get sloppy, floppy pizza from chain pizza places. This was actually cooked long enough. Everything was golden brown and crispy. I picked up a deep dish, hand tossed, bread sticks, and added on a diet Pepsi at about 12:30 pm today. If the staff can look back and remember what they did for this order, and then just always do that, they would make some of the best pizza. Better yet, if corporate investigates this, and then implements whatever they did, it's probably a contender for best franchise pizza money can buy. But don't get too excited, this only happened one time. Repeat it

Edit: maybe they always cook it like this at this location? I meant this is the only time for me in the history of ordering franchise pizza where I got perfectly...

I purchase A large Pizza from Jet’s this pass Tuesday the 5th of March 2024.

It was not a very good experience. I had order one of the speciality pizza, The Super Special Pizza premium mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, onions & green peppers.

It was one of the terrible tasting pizza had from any Jet’s pizzeria.

The pizza was semi-warm when I got home(my fault). The color of the pizza was like it a cancelled order pizza that had been reheated. The color was not the golden creamy fresh out the oven, but old looking, grayish old cheese that just sat all day in color. The taste was like it had been burned. But, Its was not burn. I tried another bite on a different slice. I’m think my taste buds are off. Same burned taste. I ended up, trashing that pizza. Cheese bread was up to standards. Two differences...
