Alot went into this score as this location used to be really bad to where every time I visited i usually had to make a 2nd trip back because something was forgotten or made incorrectly, every.....time. Nowadays, it has gotten much better, and 2nd trips haven't been necessary, thank goodness. Service has also improved, my only gripe about this location is how frequently they have customers pull ahead because their food isn't ready and the workers are being timed. The reason for my dislike of pulling up is, and I know many of you can relate, but it always seems the 2-3 cars behind you get their food first and leave, while we are still waiting for ours to be brought outside. To me, this slows down the whole "fast food" process if you're constantly getting asked to wait like that. It was happening so consistently, I've tried to counter being told to pull ahead by placing online orders in advance and then marking that im already there immediately afterwards. My hope was that the food will be ready by the time i drive up there and get to the 2nd window. Even in doing so, I still usually get asked to pull ahead for some reason. Which in this context, also defeats the speed and convenience of a online order because its not even ready when i arrive. Realistically, with online orders, which should be faster, im waiting a longer drivethru time due to the pulling ahead. Read moreThis place is annoying! The communication between the app and the restaurant is ridiculous. It’s a huge joke! Anyone using the app is using for convenience. Where is the convenience in ordering ahead of time just to get there, wait in line and they tell you we don’t have espresso, machine is down, cleaning machine right now. And each time it’s a different number of minutes for how long that will take. The amount of “we don’t have frappes at this location” that I have heard is wild to me. Restaurant can’t cancel an order, app doesn’t allow customer to cancel an order. Can’t place a new order at a different location if this one is “not completed” so when the restaurant doesn’t have something or you can’t wait 20 mins on a 30 min lunch break from your full time job or nursing school, you just lose out your money, your time, and you’re still freaking sleepy! Read moreFloor looked clean but very slippery. Very clean everywhere! Took forever to get our food and there was maybe 4 people inside and a few cars in drive through at about 4:30 pm. There was no sign stating that I couldn't eat in the dining room so I sat down. Just when I was about to eat I had to repack my order and leave because I was informed that that I could not eat in the dining room.My order was incorrect and we had to go back to the counter to get it fixed. Was only given 2 sauces for total of 16 nuggets. At that point I just left rather than wait for more sauce. So after repacking my food, a couple trips to the counter almost killing myself on their floor and cold food by the time I got back to the hotel about 500 feet away they get a 3. Normally they are pretty busy and I've gone through the drive through and everything was fine, otherwise it would have been a 2. Beautiful location, great area.
