Worst service ever. Owner came through door eating and then proceeded to talk to me a full mouth of food. Disgusting.

Then the phone rings and she holds up her finger to me, like wait a minute. The phone is obviously more important than a human person in front of her. She proceeds to take a full order while I stand there trying not to look at her chomping food and taking an order.

Then back to me with a look of com'n order already. Then I ask for a side of the sweet and sour sauce (like on the chicken - I like it on my rice) and there is normally a small extra fee .75 or 1.00, she looks at me then scribbles down $2.00. Rice, soup and egg rolls = $18. I said no way. Told her I wasn't hungry any more and left.

She stood there with a silly shocked look on her face and yelled, "What happened?" I shook my head back-n-forth and left grossed out and in full disbelief of her total lack of customer attention.

Food was not good at all. Only thing I enjoyed was the sweet and sour sauce that my chicken came in but this is not even the average Chinese food. The chicken style is very different from the usual Chinese food places and the rice tasted weird like the oil needed to be changed or something. Also, I got charged 1.50 extra for a meal cause I wanted shrimp fried rice, just for them to literally only put 3 small shrimp in it. Lady at the counter was rude when I was paying and told me that I was asking too many questions and needed to sign my receipt all because I was trying to add a drink then she told me it was too late. I also watched her through the glass outside coughing without covering her mouth and she sounded very sick. She only put a mask on once there was people standing in the lobby but soon as everyone left out, she took it off… I definitely...

It's close to my work and I really wanted to like it. My staple to order for a new Chinese restaurant is Almond Boneless Chicken and Wonton Soup. First I will say there are several complaints about the lady being rude. She was nice to me and in fact I think she could actually be a little shy. Maybe it wasn't the same lady. Ok.... the soup it was ok. But who puts lettuce instead of bok choy in wonton soup? Now the Almond Boneless Chicken was awful. They need to change their oil. It wasn't burned but had the bad oil after taste. Now the gravy..... it was like no gravy I've ever had, I can't even describe how bad and strange it was. Thank goodness I had stuff at home to make my own and that I know how. Needless to say even though it is the only Chinese restaurant I found near work I will unfortunately not...
