Friend picked up my food. My drink was missing and she specifically asked the person working “Did she get a drink?”, he doesn’t even pull the order to check and says No. I got the combo so it comes with a drink. Then I check my food. I paid extra for all flats, it was not all flats. I called and let them know, they placed me on hold then I let them know they were missing my drink and that my order was wrong. He just told me to come up there and I asked did he want my name so I don’t have to wait on my order and he can drop me a fresh order. He says No, I’m here all day. Customer service was a 1/10 making the whole experience terrible. I go in there and said “Well do u guys have a receipt or coupon so next time I can get my order without any problems.” He said “No we don’t do that, just come in.” Him and the guy in the back are talking about the order. I, then, ask for my drink cup. As I’m fixing my drink, they start laughing about it and said I’m not looking through the orders for five wings. I corrected them and said “what are you talking about? My whole order is wrong, I order an 8 piece combo all flats.And y’all gave me drums.” So they didn’t even understand what the issue was and didn’t attempt to understand. They were young, but the whole interaction was unprofessional- they must be family with the owner because the carelessness was out of this world. After I correct him, he goes “oh, okay. Have a nice day” I left a message on the corporate site and asked to be contacted and they gave me a $5.00 coupon and I spent $16.71. No one contacted me. LOL. Terrible experience. My food is in the fridge at home untouched. Would tell my friends and colleagues to avoid this location. Too young and unprofessional. Read moreI walked into this wing stop yesterday to order and was told I would have to order online. I ordered ten boneless wings through uber eats app and walked to my car and opened up my wings. They looked as though they purposefully found the smallest wings that were basically just the breading. I walked back in and showed the employee stating that these wings were way too small and he stated that that is just how they are. When I told him I have had wing stop wings on many occasions and they they are not this small he did not try to fix the situation but instead stated that they never know what batch will come up. I requested a refund and receipt and he did not provide one he said it will take 7 days and did not ask for my name. Did not offer to make new ones or take accountability or apologize. The employees were all snickering. I gave him the wings back and he threw them aggressively in the garbage. I feel bad for the owner of the store that this is how their employees act as with this behavior being exhibited this store will surely go under with this type of management.
