Arby's — Restaurant in Auburn

You are not going to believe what just happened to me. As you know I love Arby's and according to the plaque I was Arby's number one customer of the year for 1984. So I walk into this Arby's in Auburn, Maine where I'm warmly greeted by Paula who not only welcomed me warmly but inquired as to how she might help me. I appreciated her hospitality and proceeded to order two Arby's roast beef doubles. I'm still shaking from what happened next.... Whilst chatting with Paula as there was no one else at the counter (The 300 other customers were out in the drive-thru but anyway), in my usual bragging way I mentioned my plaque and my love of Arby's. My story is starting to take on the form of Arlo Guthrie's Alice's restaurant in every telling but be that as it may I told Paula about my experience at the Topsham Arby's where they didn't even seem to care that one of the founding brothers of the Arby's empire had died just a couple of weeks before. Paula says " yeah, Tony's son is right there." I swear to God it felt like that time I touched the moon rock or even when I hefted Mijolnar that time at the Comic-Con even though I knew it wasn't real. Oh, and the birth of my daughter yeah, it felt just like that. Tony could be seen wiping down the counter, putting things away in his humble way. Our paths crossed as I waited for my order. I asked Mr Tony " May I shake your hand. " He extended his meaty paw towards me and he shook my hand which I know I will wash again but I just washed them so I won't wash them again for a while. I'm still shaking from the experience. I swear not a word of this was sarcastic but if I ever run for public office I will deny it all. In the meantime the only Arby's I'm going to and I urge all of my followers to go to the Arby's in Auburn Maine. Tell 'em...

My issue is more with the mobile app than anything. Constantly says that the order was canceled because the payment failed. This only happens here. I usually resubmit the order, and then it's fine. This time I got an email 10 minutes after submitting the original order, telling me the order failed. I did not see the email while I was driving. The staff was fine, but instead of referring me back to the mobile app, I wish they had just offered to remake the meal right away. I was obviously very annoyed, I didn't swear or anything, but I wish they had tried some de-escalation of the issue instead of just referring me back to the mobile app. They kept saying they couldn't fulfill the order because they never received it. They did offer to remake the order at the very end, but I was so annoyed at that point and had two hungry kids in the back, I just drove away and went to Wendy's. We usually go here twice a week, I'm probably done until I know the mobile app is fixed. The staff has told me in the past it's a common issue with the app, and it has now happened on the latest iphone, Google phone, and Samsung phone, so stop devices specific. All right so I was trying to add another comment but I can only go in and edit. So I ordered my food on the app and I am not kidding you it gave me the first time 15 minutes to get there to get it and the second time 5 minutes I had to wait for my boyfriend the first time because he was going to the bathroom the lobby was already closed and it wasn't time for it to be my milkshake was melted and was making a massive mess in the car the second time my boyfriend went and picked it up my burger wasn't done the way I wanted it it was cold the fries were cold what made the milkshake good despite the fact that it was pretty much melted the chocolate syrup and there was none. The whole point of using the app is so you don't have to wait in line but when it takes longer to order your food then it does for them to have it ready and they give you 5 minutes to get there it's a little frustrating and then they get your food cold and melted whatever it might be really kind of suckssucks.
