Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Auburn

I don’t often give low reviews, but I tried calling the store a few times without any success. As a recent cancer patient, I do not get out much, or do much out of usual schedule, but decided push myself to take the kids to the luau themed party they had a few weeks ago. Mind you it was very hot outside, but I figured it’d be nice to take the kids. Upon arrival, there was a lady who personally walked around and handed every single kid there a lei. She looked at my kids and I several times and never brought them any. She went in and came back and handed out some sunglasses or something of the sort, to every single kid there, except mine. I thought maybe it was because my daughter was small but I watched the lady walk up to a couple carrying a small child and immediately hand them a small token. I even put my daughter down to let her walk around to make sure there was no way she could be missed. The lady went back in came out and once again handed the little leis or token to each kid there at the moment, and made contact with me and my girls several times and never even motioned or moved towards us once. We stayed there for approximately an hour or hour and a half and I watched every other kid who came and went to the luau party receive the little gifts from her but never my girls. I have a 16 month old and a 10 year old. At the end of the day yeah it was just a little luau necklace and sunglasses, but it hurt as a mom watching my babies consistently for some reason not even just get overlooked because she made eye contact several times and looked at us several times, but ultimately my girls were ignored. I called to try to speak to someone a few times and could never get anyone on the line. It wasn’t what I would expect from a chick-fil-A...

I came to this Chick-fil-A because it's convenient to me but today was very bad. I have never experienced a weight of 42 minutes. This is very unacceptable. It is giving me McDonald's which is not greatly rated. I've watched 12 cars pass by in the mobile app line. When I pulled up. There were only three cars in the mobile line. I'm in the drive-thru line so I've sat there and watched all 12 of them pull off with their items. I'm at the front of the line and now you're asking me to pull up why? I understand that mobile orders are more important but due to the fact that I sat there in your drive-thru a total of 42 minutes for them to bring my food to me and it was not what I ordered. The order was wrong and half of it wasn't in the bag. Dear sir, it's not giving Chick-fil-A usually I'm a patient person because I come through this drive-thru everyday. I don't mind waiting 15 minutes but today took the cake A very concerned...

This is not my favorite Chick-fil-a location, but I went out of convince yesterday. I had also been a handful of times prior to that. My combined experiences have not been great. It is consistently slow, and most of the workers have not had the classic enthusiasm as other CFA workers at other locations. Yesterday, my nuggets were not burnt, but they were not the usual texture or consistency of other CFA locations. It's also a unique setup as I went to order, and you can only eat outside. You also need an employee to unlock the bathroom for you, which I understand why, but it is a huge inconvenience when the line for food is the priority. My food has been ok the other two or three times...
