!!PLEASE READ WHOLE THING!! My friend and I ordered the Secret Sauce and Cheesling Chicken. While the food tasted fine at the time, we both developed acute symptoms of food poisoning the next morning — including multiple episodes of vomiting and diarrhea. This was the first and only meal we had that day, and we both experienced identical symptoms, strongly indicating the food as the cause. I visited urgent care for treatment and submitted the doctor's note and receipt to your supervisor. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the issue or showing concern, I was met with denial and was even asked to share the medical costs — despite the clear connection between the meal and our illness. This response is deeply disappointing. When two customers report the same symptoms after eating the same dish, the responsible and ethical action would be to investigate and take accountability, not deflect responsibility. I came for the first time yesterday and ordered the bulgolgi bowl. YUM-MY. My original order was a bit crispy but full of flavor. Right as I was about to leave they brought out another fresh serving of tender bulgolgi to go on top of my leftover rice. So sweet! I loved it so much I brought my husband back today and we both ordered bulgolgi bowls. Delicious again! A little dry, but I asked for some spicy sauce and it was perfect with it. As we were leaving we were given a choice of several different chicken wings that had been left behind. Their loss! We picked the secret sauce because we read that they were delicious, and they ARE! We will be back to try some fresh. The place is cute, and spotless. Kpop plays in the background and I think everyone is going to love...

I ordered a whole fried chicken, but only got two drumsticks and two wings correctly. The other parts seem to have gone to someone else’s order. There were no thighs or wing drummettes—just ribs fried in batter thrown into the box. It feels like they fried multiple chickens in one fryer, picked out the drumsticks and wings for my box, and carelessly filled the rest with whatever was left. Whoever got the rest of my chicken parts is probably thrilled, but paying over $30 for a box of mostly fried chicken bones is a terrible experience. I’d recommend avoiding this place when it’s busy or when they have a lot of orders. At least KFC gets the chicken parts right.
