McDonald's — Restaurant in Auburn

I wish I could give negative stars.. Very poor service and management. Went to this McDonald's about 20-30 minutes before midnight. As soon as we pulled to the speaker we asked if their ice cream machine was working. When they said yes I proceeded to order a McFlurry (this was probably no later than 11:50). By the time we pulled to the window to pick up our order they had us waiting a few minutes. Once they opened the window they told me that they shut down the ice cream at midnight so they can't make my McFlurry. I proceeded to look at my clock and the time was exactly 12:00 so that means that it was still before midnight when I had pulled to the window to pick up the order that I ordered almost 10 minutes prior. As a result I decided to order a large fruit punch instead. The person serving me my drink was going to hand it to me while the cup was covered in fruit punch. Asked for a napkin to clean it off and he walked away for about 3 minutes ( it should not take 3 minutes to get a napkin). In the meantime the manager "tries" to situate our order but gets the order wrong and really doesn't even try to help. Behind her, that same worker who was supposed to get a napkin was on his phone and then I saw a few workers crowded together to watch something on his phone and in the background you could just hear people yelling and laughing. By the time that we got our food, which wasn't much, it was 12:10. We could see through the drive thru window they had a pile up of orders but were doing nothing about it. On top of that when we were about to leave, a man who was not in work uniform wearing a backpack on his back peeked from the workers side of the window. Sobti me that just looked like nonworkers or people who are not on the clock just hanging around to chat with everyone as they were suppose to be making orders. Ordered 6pcs nugget with a small fry & my friend order a filet fish meal with no tartar sauce. We get to the 2nd window , they give us the drink for the filet fish meal then proceeded to tell us to pull up in the 1st reserved parking spot because they had another vehicle already pulled up & they were waiting for their food as well. We waited there for 10-12 minutes then the gentleman brought the food out to us. Before I even drove away, I looked in the bag to see if they had everything….immediately I noticed I didn’t have my 6 pcs nugget in the bag & my friend’s filet fish sandwich was wrong as well. They gave her filet fish with hella tartar sauce but no cheese when she specifically asked for no tartar sauce. As we walked into the restaurant, the restaurant wasn’t even busy so we didn’t understand why it took them so long to bring the food out. As I went to the counter, the shift lead was too busy running her mouth & playing with her co workers instead of trying to see what was the issue. She walked past me like I wasn’t there. I must be invisible I guess but no sense of urgency or anything. As we received our food & proceeded to leave, another customer came in stating that they gave her the wrong filet fish sandwich because it has a lot of cheese on it & she’s allergic to cheese. Basically my friend had her sandwich & she had my friend’s sandwich. Please pay attention & stop playing so much because what if that woman would had ate...

If I could leave a zero star review I would! They don’t deserve a one star for the service that was received last night. The order taker was extremely rude!!! My husband asked for a moment to browse the menu. The order taker rushed him the entire time during his order. When he asked her what bundles are available she said “what are you talking about?” and “which one?. Then when he told her she was like “I can’t hear you speak up”. When he ordered drinks to go with it she said once again “speak up I can’t understand you” and he was speaking clearly and loud enough. It’s very sad that fast food workers are rude to customers for no reason. If you’re having an attitude for no reason towards your customers or bad day or dealing with personal issues you shouldn’t be working at a fast food restaurant. That was extremely uncalled for. If I had the name of the employee I would definitely report her to her supervisor because you don’t speak to people that way. You could’ve been patient instead of rushing someone during their whole order and then constantly saying I can’t hear you speak up when they clearly was speaking loud enough. Learn basic manners. Maybe it’s just the night staff that are rude and maybe morning shift is better I’m not sure. What I am sure of is I will never be back at this McDonald’s and advise everyone else don’t waste your time here! You can go to the other restaurants and receive better treatment than at this...
