Food was good, but customer service was not. I had a group order for 5 adults that was called in at 10:30 and scheduled to be picked up 11:15. I arrived at 11:18 paid for the order and waited. Several people arrived after me, ordered, and paid and received their order before me. At 11:45, I asked about my order that was still not ready. At 11:50, the food finally came out. The cashier was extremely apologetic and I asked what we could do differently next time to ensure our order was ready at the pickup time. She said what we did was right and that our ticket got put behind several other orders. I asked to speak to the manager and jovita b came out and was apathetic about me having to wait 30/35 minutes for food that was supposed to be ready at pickup. Jovita told me that this isn’t McDonalds and they don’t rush food. She was not willing to offer any type of discount or free appetizer for next time. This was all of our first time going to w n b and it was such a bad first impression. We work in a profession that has a very limited lunch break and by the time I got back to work with the food, our lunch was over. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service...

I would not recommend this establishment anymore. The customer service has been severely impacted the past 2 weeks. What the heck is going on? This place is on MY Daily route to stop and grab my meal on the way to the job and now I'm in a sonic drive thru window because your restaurant is not only dirty and disorganized but the extreme rude attitude from the counter person had guaranteed that I'll never return. Just thought yall should know and hopefully save your restaurant from going straight downhill. I bet my years' salary that your next health inspection will not get another score of 100 as awful as it has become. Each day is worse than the last; today was my last visit. Read moreWorst customer service experience ever. The manager Jovita B. was absolutely rude on the phone when I placed my order 40 minutes before pick-up time. The friend that went to pick it up was also yelled at when our order was not ready at the specified time. She was literally told "This is not McDonald's" when questioned about the order not being ready. The kicker was having to wait an additional 40 minutes for the food to be ready. It took a total of an hour and 20 minutes for the order to be filled from the time it was called into the restaurant. Seeing customers come in, place an order, and receive it before our order was filled was also a source of frustration. Having a limited lunch (half) hour, we thought calling ahead would be helpful.
