I came and ordered the special and had to clarify over 7 times what I was ordering and the extras I added . The lady who placed the order was nice about it and even apologized for the mistake of not adding an extra that I requested however the owner is rude as hell . I kindly told him I ordered extra and repeated the order many times and he straight up said I'm not gone argue I don't have time are you going to pay for extra or not for something I should have already been charged for as many times I had to keep saying it . I placed my order through door dash. I selected the pick 2 which had a promotion of free sausage. I also added eggs. When I picked up my order, I was missing my sausage and eggs. But had potatoes in the bag (which I dont eat and did not order). The owner first inspected the bag to try to point out the sausage. Customer service is a 0 with the male staff. I was ordering via phone outside the location in parking lot, due to health issues. I was on the phone had placed my order Was only waiting on my total so I could send my son back in to pay. I was put on hold bc another customer walked in.
