If I could give them zero stars, I would. They scam people out of their money, and try to lie about it afterwards. I live pretty far, so I placed an online order. I used a code that their location claimed to accept. By the time I walked in and got there, they cancelled my order.
At first the middle aged woman claimed I must be at the wrong store, even after I showed her my order. She kept lying about that, until I showed her my exact location and the fact that it was the right store. Afterwards, she confessed that my payment method was invalid. (It wasn’t, I used Apple Pay for a mobile order, which successfully went through and charged my card.)
Then, she tried saying that there’s no such thing as a “6.99 foot long” (there is, it’s caused by a commonly known code that works for online orders at select locations, which this was one of. She went off to the back after I asked for a manager, and claimed her boss said it was invalid. After I asked to speak to her boss, she claimed he actually wasn’t here.
She gave me the number, and nobody picked up after multiple calls. II still had the charge on my card. I told her to call her boss herself, and she claimed she couldn’t. (But earlier she claimed to talk to her boss? Oh, right! The one that apparently isn’t there. I have a friend who works at another location, and they’re definitely able to contact their boss.) I tried talking again, but got ignored.
The charge is still on my card, and they never refunded me. Not only is it disgusting behavior to rob teenagers of their money, lying repeatedly is even worse.
It lacks professionalism entirely, and gives the place a bad look.

Today, we ordered two subs off the menu. The lady didn't ask what kind of cheese like normal, but we didn't notice at the time because the menu called for the type of cheese we wanted. But then she started putting veggies on without asking. We stopped her and said we wanted to choose our veggies and she said no, we had to take what was listed on our sandwich, we could only choose on build your own.
