11/24/2018 - The cashier was incredibly rude from the start. Her entire demeanor was off putting and her attitude was rude. I asked if caesar salad was available. Her rude, snotty reply "no. We have no lettuce." I waited by the pizza while she wiped the counter and then leaned on the wall, then I had to ask "are you able to help me?" Rude reply #2, "yeah." I pointed out the veggie pizza and asked for a slice and rude reply #3, "anything else?" I said I would like the value combo. Rude tone reply #4 "what side?" I asked if the pastas were hot sides. Rude tone reply #5 "they're warm" with an added eye roll from her. I asked if the pile of bread were the garlic rolls. Rude tone reply #6 "yeah." And this time, I said "it's ok, nevermind." Rude reply "ok." Your cashier is damaging your business and because of her, I will never come back. Train staff on having a polite attitude. The holidays are just beginning and patrons don't need...

So, my son has just come back from 2 weeks in Seattle, while there he went to Villa for a pizza, unfortunately his contactless card would not work with their machine so he could not pay. The staff there gave him the pizza for free and told him “welcome to America, this is how we treat people here”. My son phoned me (it was Midnight UK time 😩)and I told him to get the PayPal details for the store/owner so I could pay however they would not let him do this and insist he had the pizza for free. He eventually found the pin for his card and returned to try and pay but the staff would not take his money. He loved the pizza so much he bought another one and paid this time!!😂 Thankyou so much from the parent of a young kid in a foreign city. I wouldn't even give this place one star. I am unable to drive, so when I want to eat out, I order through Uber Eats. I placed an order at 06:43pm. The time it would have been made kept getting pushed back and pushed back until it said 08:05pm. I called to check for an update, and not only had the "Driver" not picked up the order, but it sounded as if our pizza hadn't even been made. It was claimed they were closing at 08:00pm and if I wanted, I could "Swing by and pick the order up myself." I explicitly said multiple times I was unable to drive, so I was ordering through Uber eats.
