I don't like to have to say bad things about a restaurant because they are struggling with Covid, BUT! when I finally get to eat at a restaurant I was so happy until the coffee cup was dirty & the coffee was cold & there were 4 of us & after 20 mins from ordering I asked about our food & they said Breakfast is Hard!, there was only 2 tables ours & a table of 2 in the whole restaurant. When the food came my father's fries were cold he had a turkey wrap not breakfast, my Belgian Waffle was a reg. Waffle & wasn't cooked all the way, they said they have been making them that way for ten yrs. & Nobody complained Then the customers don't know what a Belgian Waffle is, it's a nice & thick waffle basically & the strawberries & whip crm stays on top and my Mom's Hash browns were cold. So I didn't eat, I was disappointed too because it was a celebration brunch because we had just received our 2nd vaccine together. Now I just want to say my parents use to eat there most of the time & this is my Opinion not theirs & I don't want the people who work there to think that they had anything to do with this, which brings me to Older people, they will not usually complain because it's their regular spot or don't want to embarrass themselves for complaining & these are their Important Customers as regulars & should be treated as such and to make sure their coffee is fresh & hot & also their meal, they are good tippers & just as you have been losing money with the pandemic you should treat your customers with the best food & make sure the food is hot before it's served and also with only 2 tables don't tell your customers that Breakfast is Hard! When asked why is it taking so long! And it ruined my Vaccine Celebration meal & yes they serve Breakfast all day! This really pained to to write this, but it was a Happy Day & I use to eat there all the time & the food is good, but people are coming back & are looking to enjoy a Good Meal with Good Friends & Family, so give us a Good Experience, that's all I ask & I tip...

Do you ask if they have any customer service skills when you hire them?? I am a chef myself, never have i had an omelet with cheese on the plate and then so much bacon you will have a heart attack, but the bacon sits on the cheese and then they put a layer of scramble egg on the top because they don't understand what an omelet is supposed to be. What irritated me the most.... is when the employees wanna talk trash to eachother LOUDLY so the customer hears it. I stood up a few times to see if they had a problem??? You can't say the food took a while because you all had to boil the water for a poached egg. The hollandaise sauce was terrible. Hashbrowns were a little under cooked. Husband liked the chicken fried steak and eggs, nobody said hello when we walked in the door, and two people saw us, looked at us and ignored us. The restaurant was not busy at all. Nobody smiled. There were two tables sat. We came in and finally seated. We were the first people in that section, shortly after three more tables were sat and she did take our order and put it in before the other three tables, but they all got there food first and checks on their tables. our order went in before the other three tables. The only reason we got a check is because my husband had to find our server and ask for it. We got our bill last. Nobody checked on us. Nobody cleared our plates. I was a server for 20+ years, and my husband was a cook for 10+ years. I think the managers need to retrain their employees or retrain management.
