Horrible experience with the owner/manager at this location. This individual blatantly lied to me about UPS's "policies" and tried to argue with me about it because of his mistake which he admitted to making, I had two packages redirected to this location to pick them up last minute before leaving town as the driver to my home comes really late in the afternoon. One made it, the other AIR package did not and was miss-routed via UPS's sorting facility that morning according to the tracking detail that was posted after I was at this store. However, at the time I was in the store I tried asking if a driver would be around again/a second time because I was expecting two packages and the one still tracked as saying "out for delivery." To my shock and dismay this individual at the store became confrontational/rude/argumentative about the status of my other package even as I tried explaining that I was driving out of the country after leaving the store and would have no way of picking up the second package. After minutes of him doing what I could only describe as him being irritated and annoyed that I was even there, I finally reluctantly requested that the second package would just need to be refused when it did finally arrive since there would be no way of getting it because I would not be in town - or country - after I left. He assured me while I was standing there that he would make sure that this refusal of the package would happen whenever it arrived. When I received the electronic notification the day after I left that the package was delivered to this location after all, I tried immediately calling, but got sent into a voice mail that was "Full." I repeatedly tried with the same results FOR DAYS. After four days now I've finally spoken with him again over the phone and asked why the package was received when he told me it would be refused - and he said because he can only receive all packages because they are all signed for at once. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Any single package in a group of packages with individual tracking numbers CAN be refused as the company I own has had to do it on more than one occasion. He just didn't do it and then lied about the fact in that same annoyed/argumentative/rude attitude he did had while I was in this location. I asked for the package to be returned immediately and he said I'll have to wait a week before he'll do that now that he's received it and now that it's sitting in his/this store. Unbelievable. After reading several of the other reviews on here - I'm not surprised at my completely poor/rude/being lied to experience with this store/individual and I'd advice anyone else to not use...
Read moreI only print or ship here when other options in the neighborhood are closed or unable to complete the job. Each time I have had something printed or scanned here the scanner strip was dirty and left streaks, or duplex/two-sided print jobs come out as only one page.
Had a two-sided document scanned today and the clerk didn't know how to use the printer or save a PDF file to my flash drive and had to wait for other staff to assist with both tasks. Clerk asked me how many pages she had scanned for me. I brought her 10 pages of paper to scan so I paid the 2.50 flat fee for all scanning, plus .75 cents for each of the 10 additional pages I thought she had scanned.
Got home, opened my flash drive and only six pages out of 10 got scanned and saved. Bicycled back to the UPS Store to get a refund of over $3 for the four pages I was charged for but didn't receive. System wouldn't allow for a refund on unreceived scans but a different clerk remembered that I was in their ten minutes prior and gave me the refund anyways. I appreciate the effort to refund me and make the situation somewhat right, but now I have only every other page of the document that I needed to present in a professional format - and that waste of time still cost me $7. I'll have to get the job finished up right somewhere else.
A few years ago I got passport photos taken here and they were declined by the feds when I applied because the passport photos didn't have the correct amount of space around the face, smiling was allowed, etc. So get your passport photos...
Read moreThe owner is one of the rudest people I have met in my life. I have been coming to this store every Tuesday/Wednesday since 2021 and have witnessed many incidences he has had with other customers over his rude behavior. (Not to mention his aggressive manner of throwing packages specifically labeled handled with care on the cart after scanning) But not until now have I had him act this way towards me. Today he was not scanning boxes at the regular computer. He wanted everyone to scan them on a computer to the right of the store. We had 7 packages we were mailing all with labels already printed and taped on as we always do. As I began scanning he was quite rude and started micro managing us. Told us we couldn’t put the packages we had scanned down on the main counter until we had scanned them all. But we didn’t have enough room to scan the packages so we moved them to the counter besides the computer and he started to get angry with us. So my partner said “sir you are being rude” and he told us not to come to this store again. The one we’ve been going to twice a week for two years… all because he was called out on being rude?? There was at least 7 people in the store who witnessed it and were on our side agreeing with us. His hostile behavior makes me worry about my packages and whether or not they will not arrive ok.
