
They give a great haircut and beard trim. The problem is getting to the chair. I spoke personally with Alex to make a reservation and he told me He starts at 10:00a.m, so I would be his first cut of the day. I showed up at 9:45, and he was already cutting someone else's hair. They told me that I would be next, but at 10:35 I left. I still recommend them, just not Alex. Just to be safe, make sure you have a couple of hours to kill. Update: I want to thank the owner for his professional response. I firmly believe that everyone deserves a second chance. I called them a few minutes ago to make a reservation and explain that I was to get the thirty percent discount so graciously offered by the owner. David told me that the owner was not there, they don't give thirty percent discounts, and that they only take reservations online. Being that my initial grievance started with a reservation made over the phone, I found this quite frustrating. David's attitude was borderline rude and quite dismissive. As I stated in my first review, they do give a great haircut. But by employing people who have a complete lack of respect for their customers, the haircut is just not worth it. Unfortunately he did partially of my request service which includes line ups and bread cut, but he left alone trimming side line haircut. When I ask why he didnât complete the job? He insisted that he couldnât understand me well due to his limited English. So, he called another barber gay to interpret between us. I explained the interpreter my concerns that he didnât complete my requested job. The interpreter told me that my barber insisted that he only agreed lineup with beard cut. And he is going to charge me additional 10 dollar if I need to be done. I said that fine and asked to finish the work. I felt like there was communication breakdown due to language barriers. So today I try and book online like I do every time and it wonât let me book my appt unless I leave a credit card or debit card on file. I called Maestro do speak with him direct about the situation and he told me people are no calling no show so I need a card on file before he can cut my hair. He explained that when people donât show they will get charged. Iâve never been late never had a no call no show ever and he told me if I wanted a cut to either store a card on file or come in as a walk in. People barley trust a merchant with they credit card number when they buy online let alone a barbershop. So with that being said Iâll take my business and money somewhere else. What a dam shame if people are no call no show they should be charged not someone that he never missed an appt or been late...
