I don’t want to say a lot but the following:- Please, please learn from me, this place is full of thieves and scammers. The cashier took my card and stayed longer. She was looking around but I had no clue why. The next day , I find out I was charged three consecutive times in addition to an increased amount from what the cost was at the first window. I am going after few minutes to talk to these thieves. I am also afraid if they are going to use my card for online purchases as well, as I experienced something like that in some other place recently. The other thing, The way she handed me the food is un professional too which tells you that they are there for different purposes (stealing) not to do their job. I never responded anything, said thank you and left. The quality of the food sucks too. Is their food the same as before? If so, I regret eating any of their stuffs in the past but I think it is changed with a new manager maybe.
Update I went back to KFC and asked why I was charged three times for one order. Guess what, the manager come right away and refunded my money in cash and told me it is a common case in the last two, three days. Let me say this, this is a crime deliberately done by some of the staffs together with the manager. I also know some of the staffs are not part of it, for example the cashier who got shocked when I go back to get my money. They are not supposed to continue scamming people if they know their machine is not working as the manager said.
No recommendations, be aware, organized scammers. I hope the owner find out and improve the situation back to the old times or continue if he...
Read moreMy wife loves KFC. We have never had a problem with any of them we have ever visited for her until tonight. It wasn't the food that was the problem, it was the service. Going through the drive through, I could hear the manager over the loud speaker berating the lady ahead of me. She was hard of hearing herself, said that to him and he still belittled her the whole time. When she tried using a coupon, he made a snide comment about people who use coupons.
And then when I get to the front, they didn't have the drinks on their menu. I ordered the drink my wife normally gets because there were no drinks, and he yelled at me. Said in his exact words "We don't carry that crap. How about you look around and find the drink menu, yeah, its there. Look down at the speaker moron, it is there." At that point I finished my order and drove to the window to find it was the manager who was there. He walked away and a girl came to the window, I paid and left. I later called to speak to a different manager, and got the same one from the speaker. I asked him if he always spoke to people like he did. He said he didn't have time to talk to someone as low as me and hung up the phone.
I will never be going to this KFC again, and I would really like to find out who the owner and operator is so I can...
Read moreDear Auburn KFC Management,
You’re doing your customers a huge disservice by not volunteering a receipt upon payment. I wish you would require your staff, especially those at the drive-thru, to present a receipt at the time of purchase. That way, when a mistake is made a quick glance at the receipt while the customer waits for their food or is at least still in the parking lot might save a person from driving all the way home before noticing he or she is missing an entire meal. This has happened to me twice now. It’s your staffs responsibility to check the accuracy of each order. It’s also their responsibility to provide utensils when a meal with, let’s say Cole slaw, goes out the window or inquire about dipping sauce when a chicken strip meal is offered. I figure, since you’re already paying your employees while they’re there, why not expect them and train them to pay attention to the details. The little details are most important when running a drive-thru. You’ve got one chance to make it right. The food is consistently good. Bring that stuff up to par and you’ll have something you could...
