
I really hope management is seeing the continual customer complaints. I have been a daily BF customer (sometimes multiple times a day) and sadly I know of all stands, to avoid this one! But sometimes it’s just on the way and I figure I’ll give it a shot. There were 3 cars on each side, and I have taken the challenge to time each. The first car with 1 person, 2 drinks was 12 minutes (they weren’t visiting or talking), second car 11 minutes, 1 person and only 1 drink… also weren’t visiting/chatting. I’ve been behind the 3rd car at window 1 person for over 7 minutes now. The other window has been running the same 10 min average per car. Now realizing I’m waiting both patiently and stubbornly for over 30 min for only 3 cars (4 drinks) to be made. This is not only a negative experience for every customer, regardless of how nice the baristas are… the baristas then have to navigate serving very upset customers, and from the business standpoint I can’t even imagine the negative financial impact this has. Watching customers turn around and leave and sadly not being in the “generous tipping” mood. I love BF, and these Baristas deserve a chance at success. Upper management needs to step in and guide them in quick and efficient service.

My family just moved to Auburn and when searching for best coffee around us we located Big Foot Java.
Our barista was sweet however my concern is this:
I order a $2.75 americano with NO flavor added. My total at the window came to if I’m not mistaken $4.75! I asked for the receipt and when viewing it I saw that she added a “specialty flavor.”
I questioned her about what she meant by the specialty flavor and she said “You added cream and sugar. That’s a specialty flavor.”
This is the first time in my life I have seen a coffee go up two dollars simply for asking for cream and sugar.
I emailed their manager Britnee and her e-mail response was , “I will URGENTLY look into this and get back to you…” I gave Britnee two days thinking that was plenty of time for her “urgent response.” I did not hear from her after two days so I emailed her again. This time a week went by…. She never emailed me back.
It’s one thing for a barista to make a mistake. But to have a “manager” someone who had been promoted as such follow up with such poor customer service is so disheartening to me.
Will not ever return to this coffee kiosk due to sneaking in $2 extra for a drink (I guess that’s how they make money) nor will I go back due to their poor management.

Today i was unable to go to the location i usually go to due to work. On my break i called ahead to this location to see i could put my order in and the girl i spoke with was incredibly rude said she couldnt do that and hung up on me, so i drove to this location waites in line got to the window put my order in and the girl turned around and just started talking with her other associates for 5 mintues before even making my drink mind you with 5 cars behind me. After getting her attention i asked if drink was ready she told me she had just started it with complete attitude then handed me my drink with no whip as i did request and walked away from the window and continued talking with her friends.this was completely rude and unprofessional to me and the 5...
