This was a disappointing experience. I was hoping this burger place would be some decent competition for frugals but it's not it's actually a place for people that like In N Out and I am not one of those people. The burger was cold and the cheese wasn't melted meaning that they precook their patties and assemble when ordered. The amount of salad I had to pick off of it was nuts and the giant full slice of onion was a bit much. The burgers are also tiny and bland as there was barely any sauce swiped across the bun to help add anything to this burger. My husband got his burger with fried onion's and liked it but he's one of those In N Outers I was talking about. We also had the chili fries which was the biggest let down. The fries were single fried which makes them a weird texture. They also had a bitter flavour and no seasoning. If you've ever had In N Out you already know how terrible their fries are and these are a close second. The chili didn't do anything to help this situation as it was bland and smelled kind of funky. We ended up throwing out the entire container after four bites The best thing was the cold brew milkshake which I do recommend if you're looking for something with a strong coffee flavour and that's not too sweet. Great consistency too. I'd stop here for a shake or cone but we won't be...
Read moreToday I tried a chocolate malt milkshake ($5.45), a deluxe cheeseburger (single patty) with fresh onions ($4.45), a deluxe 1/8 pound hotdog ($4.55) with the grilled onions, and a small homestyle fries ($3.79).
TL;DR The food is all made to order, and very tasty. So while this is a drive-thru fast-food restaurant, you may have to wait a bit for your order. But I think it's entirely worth it. The whole meal was $20 something cents i can't quite remember exactly. Full review below.
I had a big meal, and left feeling very satisfied. I didn't get bored of any flavors, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off with any of the portions or included ingredients. This place doesn't not have indoor seating but plenty of parking in the back to chill out and have a picnic in your car. The price is affordable for a quality meal that is a bit different from the standard fast food fare. If you're looking for variety, this isn't really the place for it, if you check the menu pictures it is a very simple restaurant. It has 2 kinds of burgers, 2 kinds of hot dogs, 3 types of fries, and milkshakes and sundaes (really its the milkshake flavors that really provide the most diverse flavor choices). And it's not celiac, diabetic, or blood pressure friendly, so I cannot recommend it to anyone with those dietary...
Read moreCompletely unremarkable and tiny little burger, decent shake, but both priced about 3 times what they're worth.
The place looks very inviting and clean. It was empty at 6:00pm on a busy street, so I should have known own there was going to be something wrong.
People working there were nice. The burger took a very long time to cook. And the flavor was just totally dead. The tomatoes and piece of lettuce had more flavor than the burger. Other than seeing a burger in front of me, I would not have been able to tell a burger was what they gave me.
The patty and bun were both tiny. Like Jr. Size or something. I'm a light eater so it was okay for me, but I'm pretty sure the reason the place was so dead has something to do with the tiny little burger at big burger prices and milk shakes that cost $5 for a medium size cup that they called large and that shake wasn't even as good as a McDonalds shake. They claimed some kind of affiliation to a local farm with real ice-cream, but it melted down into cheap, soft-serve soup in about 90 seconds.
Beautiful fancy lights out front, but it's gonna be someone else burger joint real soon, just wait. Then go see if it gets better. Right now it's a...
