Awesome as usual👍 Also they have a wonderful new employee that my wife and I had a chance to chat with for a few minutes while she was on her break. Ashley was her name and she was very in tune with what she definitely wanted out of her job at her young age. She also has definitely planned out her education and career plans of which my wife and I both talked with her and were very impressed with her. She definitely made our dinner very nice after she took our order ... Had us take a seat... Then she brought our food and served us. Once again.... We were very impressed with Ashley for she is only 16 and seems to know what she wants out of her first job as well as her education. She also has her career already planned out starting with her job here at herders. I only hope that your management team can treat her right so that she is able to stay employed there. After managing several different kinds of businesses in the past 25 years I have seen management misuse abuse and mistreat wonderful very good young ladies and gentlemen employees and they end up running them off. I'm not saying that's what y'all are going to do. I just want to give credit where it's due and after talking with her... She wants to work there as long as possible. Well I'm sorry about how long this note has become but my wife and I wanted to make sure that someone knew that as far as we could tell.... Y'all have a super star in the making in...

If I could give 0 stars I would it was the worst experience I’ve had and the employees & manager was so rude we waited 40 mins for our food saying there tortillas was frozen and they couldn’t make a burrito but there was plenty of people that came after us that got burritos and here we are waiting and when we got our food almost a hour later they messed up our food and had to remake it I DO NOT Recommend this place to anybody intill somebody upper needs to look in to this place and do something about it in stead of closing down the one in Lakeland they should have closed this one in Auburndale and even so once we got our food for the second time they didn’t even say sorry or apologize for the wait or anything just slammed our food down on the counter and went back doing what they was doing one of the workers named Ashley and the manager needs to be looked into cause there’s been several people that would say...

Did a mobile order this morning after ordering it I was there 5min later after I placed the order. Checked in on it even though I thought it can't be ready yet but lady at cash register claims a Brittany picked up her order I said we'll I'm here and I do not have my food. She and another lady said sorry can't do nothing about not our fault. How is it not your fault there could of been 10 other Brittany's behind me, did you check the order number I said and she replied yes I did they have the same order number ok I'm far from stupid they do not give out same numbers for this reason here a reason why they give these numbers because there is not just one name for one person got rude disrespectful toward me did not want to own up to the mistake didn't offer to replace nor remake the food. Ignoring me at the counter when I'm asking questions about my food I payed for and didn't get will never do...
