Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Auburndale

I usually do not leave reviews, especially bad ones. I try to be understanding with everything going on currently in the world, but the way I was treated at this Pizza Hut last evening was unacceptable. I ordered 1 large pizza at 5:25 yesterday afternoon. I put in for the option of contactless curbside pickup due to having my child with me, and we try to avoid public places since we both are at higher risk due to the virus The website stated 25 mins until ready. We arrived 30 mins after the order had been placed. I called as soon as we got there to let the workers know that we were there. The girl that picked up the phone would go in and out of talking to me, which I just thought that maybe they were really busy. After trying to give her my information to look up my order, she told me she would let them know I was outside. Well 15 mins past by and I call again to remind them that I was there for curbside pickup. In the middle of our conversation the phone call “dropped” twice.I wait for another15 mins and call back.well at this point I had been waiting over 30 mins. I called back for the last time, and the woman told me to “hang up and call back again” At this point I am exhausted from working all day, and I had been there for 40 mins as I watch several customers walk in and out of the store with their food. I had the women cancel my order since I was there for over 30 mins and still had not received my 1 pizza I had ordered over and hour and 15 mins ago. Please do not go to this Pizza Hut over on Magnolia Avenue in Auburndale Boulevard I ordered my food sitting in the parking lot. I ordered a big dinner box that came with two pizzas, wings, and a side of breadsticks. They say they put it down for fresh order and it would take 20 minutes I ran back to the house in 11 minutes because I forgot my card I get back pay. He pulled out the warmer as I’m paying sit on The counter I told him I was going to run to the restroom. He still set my pizza on the counter. when I came back to retrieve my pizza, the box wouldn’t even close. When I got in the car, I looked at the food to see that the pizza was light room, temperature the wings, hard, dry, and no sauce the breadsticks were hard I called right back up there as I makes it home. I get no answer. I called back within an hour. I still get no answer. I sit on the phone for an hour on the way up to Pizza Hut. Still no answer when I pull in the parking lot to Pizza Hut I go in told the employee that my order was not fresh. I let him know what was going on with the order. He proceeds to tell me I Place your order as a fresh order I told him there’s no way anything in that box is fresh. He proceeds to tell me well I don’t know what to do. I've lived here in Auburndale for about 8 months. Didn't want to cook tonight so I decided to call Pizza Hut. big mistake I ordered online everything seemed fine. I'm in the living room starting a movie for me and the kids and my husband. I hear the loudest damn music ever. my kids rush outside to try to figure out where it sounds coming from it's coming from Pizza Hut truck. this woman hadn't even reached halfways up the driveway before I came out. I asked her do you normally drive like this like what she answered. music blaring it's not that loud she replied. I told her do you realize I have next door neighbor's I have to go to work. she looks at me she doesn't answer , I say says just because of this just ,because of you. I'm probably not ordering at your store again. no apology from her she gave me the pizza and left before I even had chance to check it. I ordered these pizzas with extra sauce on all three.
