They must have Keebler elves working in this Sonic because the incompetence is unbelievable. I ordered a crispy asiago chicken club sandwich with no lettuce and no tomato and I guess that meant take everything off. I opened my sandwich in my automobile and was petrified to find no bacon and no cheese. It was a piece of chicken slapped on a bun with no care given. I was happy I didn't leave and go home. I would have been so angry. I called out the guy and asked for a new sandwich which he said he would bring me. OR SO I THOUGHT. The guy comes out with my sanwich and hands it to me and apologizes. He skates away and I open my sandwich. I thought my eyes were deceiving me. It was the wrong cheese on my sandwich and it was the SAME sandwich with cold cheese and cold bacon slapped on it. The cheese was as cold as New York City weather. I was appalled. Enraged I called the carhop back out again and proceeded to tell him how to make his own jobs sandwich. I told him "this is what it's supposed to look like, now does the cheese on the sandwich I have in my hand look like the right cheese?" He shook his head and I handed him back my sandwich and asked for a newly made one. The obscurity continued. He comes back with no sandwich and explains to me how they are out of the correct cheese to make the sandwich. So essentially they're scamming people out of cheese and still selling this sandwich. I asked what kind of cheese they have to substitute for the one they don't. He had no idea. At this point with my stomach grumbling and my accounting homework needing to be finished I demanded a refund for the sandwich which I received. The manager continued to hide in her dome and never once came out to speak with me. She needs to come out of her cave and interact with customers more. I had to deal with a carhop instead of a manager. The carhop dude was cool thought. Polite kid. I then proceeded to travel to another Sonic to get the same sandwich. They made it right. Read moreI give three stars for the effort and the food. This location has the SLOWEST drive thru service I've ever seen. I went to this location a few weeks back and sat in the drive thru for over 20 mins and when I got to the window, and he read my order to me it was wrong, so they had to re ring up my order and rebag my food correctly. When I got home the food was cold and sub par. I went to a different location with my mom and grandma a week later and they were quick and the food was great. So I decided to give auburndale a 2nd try tonight. I sat in the drive thru for 30 mins and when he handed me my milkshake the lid popped right off and started dripping all over the place due to the cup being over filled. He saw I was struggling and said "um would you like some napkins?" Noooooo. Yes I would like some napkins please, I said. He gave me all the napkins he had and I was on my way. Then to add insult to injury the milkshake is so thick I couldn't even drink it on the way home to try and reduce the messy over flow. By the time I got home it was all over me, my hands, my steering wheel and cup holders. The food is warm at best. I don't think I'll be going back to this location...
Read moreWent to the drive up area made an order. I did see it was a very busy day, had the kids we were laughing and enjoying the day. Placed an order the kids changed their minds and when I apologized and corrected the order, the young lady gave me attitude and was talking over me. I then asked her to repeat it and she was very rude. Talking with the kids after 30 minutes realized like wait we haven't gotten food. I hit the button the lady said hi may I take your order... like wait what do you mean I made an order 30 minutes ago... I feel like she made me wait due to the mistake on the order which I did apologize for my mix up. No matter how busy they were an update or something would have been nice, but to treat me as a new drive up! Like what the heck! Would not recommend this Sonic customer...
