subway — Restaurant in Auburndale

Starting with the signs being off , I’m guessing to make people think that the subway is closed , I also had the worst service I have ever had in any subway , period. The employees were two hostile teenager with 0 professionalism. No greetings at all , started making the sandwich without asking me what I wanted on it. I asked for a toasted sandwich , but it only got heated for 5 seconds. The girl started charging and being hostile towards me while the other teenager was still asking me if I wanted any vegetables in my sandwich . I paid and they immediately went to the back room. I really don’t expect much professionalism from teenagers , but the owner desperately needs to hire a supervisor or be more hands on or the horrible service will run the business down. I walked into subway at 9pm on sunday February 12th. Before I walked in I checked the sign to make sure they were open before I went inside. Well the sign said they closed at 9:30pm, so I went inside. The lady and gent jump off from the counter they were sitting on, puts their phones in their pocket and the girl tell my friend, husband, and I that they are closed. After waiting for more than 10 mins because they needed to cool down the bread (they only had flat bread and a 6” Italian herb and cheese bread) another lady came by and cut the line in front of me. They took their order and left me behind. After another 10 mins I finally got the service. There was only one man serving and the other employee sweeping the floor. The line was getting longer and the woman sweeping never came to help the man. Customers behind me were getting anxious and upset.
