I don't normally give out five stars because nothing is ever perfect and maybe next time will be a four star but for this particular service I'll rate it a five. They were doing the all you can eat bone in chicken wings for $24.99. Xavier is the manager and he's been with the company a long time and is knowledgeable, professional and has really good customer service. He interacts with the customers like a real human being which is rare. The other two staff on were very nice as well. A good staff makes a good business. Sadly, the all you can eat wings are now gone, it's a sad day, but was a very good promotion for the time it stayed.
This particular restaurant is not a "real" restaurant. It's a to go restaurant. However, surprisingly there IS actual seating in the building which we weren't aware of before. The chairs aren't the greatest, that was my only nitpick from this experience, but they have about ten tables to sit at, first come first serve. There is no napkins or condiments on the table but they will bring you it. They brought our food to the table, I'm unsure if they consistently do that but for that day they did. You don't tip at the table, tipping is optional when you order your food at the register and pay for it. They accept debit/credit and cash, no ATM. the decor is mediocre but that didn't matter to us. The bathroom was clean but it was when they first opened and we were the first customers. The only scenery you have is cars driving past you as you shovel food in your mouth, they watch you, you watch them but who cares, the food is delicious!
I would call first and see if they are wheelchair friendly. I honestly don't know, the room isn't very big but there might be room enough if you move a couple tables around. Kids will love this place because everyone loves chicken. Prices aren't terrible, they are the same price range for any of their restaurants. Food is amazing. They have TONS of choices on flavors to add to your chicken. They have bottles you can purchase as well, they are inexpensive per bottle. Parking isn't the greatest but that isn't the staff's fault. I should also add that for the all you can eat chicken you were able to have all you can eat fries or whatever side you had as well. The deal is gone now but hopefully it will return one day. They do bogo on Thursdays as well too. Definitely recommend this...
Read moreMy wife and I tried the new location in Augusta today. Our first impression was that the place looked new, but was a ghost town. We were wondering why no one was there until we got inside and saw the prices. $13 for a single fast-food burger to go? Okay, it's worth it for the experience one time, so we placed our orders.
I tried two different flavors of sauces. The mango habenero is terrible (it doesn't taste anything like mango, or anything anyone would ever willingly eat for that matter). The Jalepeno one was sweet and had good flavor, but lacked any spiciness.
I also tried the BBQ Cheese Burger which actually doesn't taste bad (it's fairly average tasting, but larger than your typical fast-food burger which is a plus), but they don't provide a pocket or wrapper that you can use to hold the burger without getting your hands all nasty with juices and sauces. This makes it an impactrical choice if you're looking for something to eat in your vehicle.
My wife got a 6-piece boneless and she laughed a little when she saw it, because it was so small and unimpressive. The first thing she said was "next time I'll make it from home."
The biggest issue we had though (and the main reason we won't be back) is that the prices are crazy high compared to just about any other fast-food options available. The total for 16 small nuggets of processed chicken (the meat was not the quality we expected) and 1 cheese burger with one onion ring and one medium drink was nearly $50. We could order three times as much food from Arby's for that same price, and the food would taste way better.
These are just our opinions, and we definitely encourage you to try them for yourself, but we'll both be very surprised if this restaurant is still there a...
Read moreIf you love Buffalo wild wings, or wings in genera and you're not big on the whole dine and experience, are alone or just short on time. & need something quick, look no further! The atmosphere was awesome! The service was very friendly, informative, and all the way around a breath of fresh air for sure! The food was done in a very timely fashion even though we did have to wait for one of our orders, all in all from the time we walked in the door placed our orders and had our food and our hand and was eating was less than 10 minutes they do offer seating, we did choose to sit down and eat our food insid, as we had about a 2-hour drive home in front of us and just needed that moment to sit and enjoy our food.. We went on a Tuesday which was a bobo, so we ordered two 10-piece wings and got the other two for half off I believe.. we ordered Asian Zing, Orange chicken, Spicy garlic, Mango Habanero... all four were great however I can recommend to you the Asian Zing in the orange chicken enough! They pair so beautifully together both offering a mild heat profile and just a Spicy, Sweet sticky goodness that you'll be craving more and more of! .Together, Asian Zing and Orange Chicken are the ultimate sweet-and-spicy tag team. The citrus punch of the Orange Chicken amplifies the subtle ginger in Asian Zing, while Asian Zing’s savory backbone keeps the orange from tipping too sweet. The heat in both is playful, not aggressive — making each sauce enhance the other rather than compete. Eating them side by side is like switching between verses in a perfectly harmonized song — you keep going back and forth, and every bite feels...
