Burger King — Restaurant in Augusta

It might not make it any better that I was already agitated. Just to be clear, this was not a dash. This was a personal experience. It was late, and I had got off from work not too long before. I was hungry, couldn't decide so I just chose. This Burger King just so happened, to be the choice. Ok, they rushed my order at the box. Customer satisfaction was not met, but that wasn't the worst part. When I got to the window.... y'all, nobody had on gloves! The one person that did have on gloves, he was sweeping the floor with the gloves on! Uniforms were extremely dirty like they just dived in the food. The way they came from the back with the icecream was just mysterious. The icecream looked played with, and the worst part. They made us pull up and wait to recieve the food. I was so tired, I couldn't do it😂 Had to hit sonic on...

The management at this store really needs to get their act together and deal with their people. I come here on a regular basis because it's less than a mile from where I work but everytime I come through here I have problems. Your drive-thru attendants are rude. This morning when I place my order the attendant did not read back my order to confirm it. When I asked her to I heard her sigh and she took a nasty tone with me while confirming the order. This sort of inappropriate attitude happens every time I come through this drive-thru. More than once I have spoken to a manager here about this but it seems to be doing no good. It's called ProActive Management. You train people on how to handle customers properly. You do not wait until a customer complains to deal with...

I've been in the drive through for 20 minutes now. So I decided to write a review. Still haven received my food with 1 car in front of me. They should just shut this place down. This is ridiculous. I'm finally at the window and they ask me to pull forward. The lady at the window didn't even open the window for about 5 minutes. Still parked in front of the store waiting on my food. It is now 30 full minutes! If I didn't already pay on the app I would have left. Most of the cars behind me just drove off without food. I could have cooked my own burger by now. So after 34 minutes in line, the lady brings my 2 bags balled up in one hand while she holds her cell phone to her ear with the other. I wrote the whole review while waiting in line.
