Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Augusta

October 25 , 2019 Little Caesars Gordon Highway Augusta , Georgia 30904 Product : Pepperoni Pizza ( 2 ) Time : 7:44 Tonight for the 3rd time this month I ordered pizza . One of the 3 times was a Deep Dish Extra Most Bestis . All three times the Pizza was not done . Tonight an employee sent it through the oven again and it still wasn't done . I have bought Pizza from this location for 12 years . Until the past 3 times this month I can honestly say Little Caesars is my favorite Pizza . There were 5 employees on duty so I know the issue is not a lack of employees . The store wasn't that busy . The employees were very polite . I should have checked the pizza before leaving the store the second time . I assumed after the Pizza was baked some more it would be done . The sauce and pepperoni and cheese were done yet the crust was limp and not cooked enough . I could taste the raw dough . I don't write many reviews but this time I want this issue addressed and corrected . I gave 3 stars because the employees were very polite . As for the food products I give a,0 . Manager was upset because the cashier was doing their job, by taking our orders because we walked in the door before 10pm. I order a cheese pizza with two ranch, after standing in line behind an order of 5 pizzas and a cheese pizza, and pepperoni. The manager walked to the back after service the two orders before me and said yelled don’t take no more orders. (My order was placed already 5 to 10 minutes ago). The cashier asked me would I mind taking pepperoni, I replied no I don’t even eat pork. The manager comes from the back to the front and looks and me and say excuse me, as if I said it did something wrong. I replied your cashier asked me do I want pepperoni, I stated I don’t eat pork. With attitude the manager said well he was t supposed to take your order. Preps the order cooks the pizza not completely tried taking out the pan, you can see the raw dough, r rd he manager placed the pizza back in the oven. Another employee remade my pizza. The crew workers were great. The manager did not lead well tonight. Thank you for the crew member for making it...

Chelcie was VERY polite! Very. She was very patient and understanding. A few customers gave her a hard time and she remained professional and very very patient. I just couldn’t fathom the disrespect she received for something out of her control and she stayed positive and even encouraged her coworkers to remain positive. The location was VERY busy! Chelcie handled it with ease. She definitely needs to be in management over the location. Rodney the gentleman that prepared the pizza was very focused and not personable. When issues would come about he’d remain focused and kinda ignored the team. Chelcie continued to try to communicate effectively so things would go smoothly but he lacked the interest. “Liyah” the young lady who worked side by side with Chelcie was NO help. She made sure Rodney was calm throughout the time I was in the location instead of the front counter service. I believed she was to slice the pizza but she ate chips most of the time. Please please look into Chelcie for management. And oh yea I had to wait 20+ mins. on ONE PIZZA I...
