Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Augusta

The service was terrible. When I approached the drive thru window, I was told it was going to be a 7 minute wait. Before driving off I asked the employee to make sure hot sauce was in the bag. It was approximately 5:06 pm. I was also told by the employee that she would bring my meal out to the car. It began to rain while I sat and waited. Other cars pulled up waiting on their items as well. When the employee brought my meal to the car, at 5:38 pm, I looked in the bag and there was no hot sauce. I sat and waited on the employee to bring the car next to me their meal and before she exited the building I yelled from my car asking her to bring me some hot sauce. I did this to prevent her from having to come back out into the rain again. The employee yelled back at me saying the hot sauce was in the bag. I then responded telling her only honey was in the bag. The employee exited the building and brought the car next to me their meal. The employee returned to the building and never came back outside. I see her and another employee talking while pointing at me sitting in my car. I waited for a minute or two and went inside. Once in the employee looked at me and handed me hot sauce. Lol, so I just wanted to say im new to Augusta,Ga, lol and I wanted to eat some Churches Chicken so I searched on google to find a location lol. An noticed there was one, so I drove over to churches and pulled up to the drive thru and noticed their was a paper hand written sign that said the drive thru wasnt working and to go inside an place an order. So I did, and noticed that their windows had huge STREAKS and FINGERPRINTS on them and they were literally on every window lol so I then walked inside the store and noticed the music 🎶 that they had playing was R-Kelly lol “I don’t see nothing wrong with a little (Bump n Grind)”!!!! Lol and then to top it off their was a lady close to the drive thru area smokin a 🚬 with a DAMN EYE PATCH ON WHEN I PULLED UP EARLER AT THE DRIVE THRU !!!!😝😝😝 lol, an I wish I was makin this all up but I’m NOT!!! Lol so all in all I feel this Churches Chicken 🍗 needs to get a RENOVATION lol and some NEW STAFF MEMBERS because if the manager lol is outside talkin on her phone lol and you have an employee that has an eye patch while smoking a cigarette 🚬 at the DRIVE THRU lol 🤣🤣🤣 you’ve got a lot to WORK ON!!!!😩 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

When I pulled up to this place I was the only customer there in the drive thru and no customers where in the restaurant. I order the 3 piece special they told me it will be 15 mins so I said I'll wait. During that time I start noticing that they were having every car that came to the drive thru to park and before you know it there where 5 people waiting in the parking lot for their food now 15 mins have turned into 30 and I was the first one there and still haven't gotten my order. Now they start coming out side with orders but got everybody's wrong and mind you they walked right pass me and I still don't have my food. Now they are saying sorry it will be another 15 mins to cook more chicken. So at this point I have already waited 45 mins so I got my money back and suggested the same to the other customers and left. Don't waste your time with this location this isn't the first time this happened at this church's to me but I tell you it is the last time I will not give them anymore business the people working there are so lazy and sorry not to mention they never look clean always sloppy and dirty clothes and they do not value your time. Take your money somewhere else no matter how cheap their chicken is you deserve better service THIS IS A...
