Dippin' Dots — Restaurant in Augusta

I live 2 hours away from here but everytime I stop in Augusta I come here because I grew up eating Dippin Dots. I got a root beer float today which was my first time getting it. My husband got the banana spilt Dippin dots. Every time I come I never had a problem, well today after eating a few bites of it I noticed two tiny bugs on my spoon, they look like tiny roaches, maybe ants I’m not sure. My husband didn’t have any bugs in his so I’m 99% sure they came from the soda machine. I’m super grossed out, I went back in and showed them the bugs on my spoon. I wasn’t offered a refund, I was offered something else but I declined. I’m sick to my stomach after seeing that. I should have taken pictures for proof but I showed the two young ladies up front. I like Dippin dots but was surprised to see what I did when I walked in this place. Guessing the love animals cause they had a whole section for animal treats. Had another section for fake tattoos. I get it, something to attract the kids, but very tacky... Service was expected in Augusta. Rude, didn't care, little bit of an attitude. Tables were dirty. Since my children were little.. we've always enjoyed the prompt and friendly service at the Augusta Dippin' Dots... the owner would often take time out of his busy day to ask how our visit went and if there was anything he could do to make our experience better. Moreover, I really appreciated the cartoons and movies playing inside.
