First of all I would like to mention that I have years of experience working in the food and beverage industry. I have NEVER been the “I would like to speak to your manager” person until today. I am the kind of person who cannot stand to leave only a 10% tip even when my service is crappy and I usually just let it go and move on. I understand it can be a stressful job and things happen that are out of the ordinary. These things may cause delays. It is all in the way it is handled once a problem has been brought to a business’ attention that can make or break them. Today Domino’s severely missed the mark with me. I placed an online order and watched the famous tracker. It showed me that my ordered was in the oven.... then the status never changed. After a little over an hour, I called to inquire upon my order and was told that since I had ordered anchovies, they thought it was a prank order. They informed me they tried to call the number I listed and no one at that number knew me. I DID type the number one-digit wrong. Ok. This could have been EASILY resolved. Now that they KNEW I wanted the order and it was not a prank, they could go ahead and fix and deliver it, right? Nope. The woman I spoke to said her name was Annette and she was in charge for the day. She told me that I was calling from a private number and she couldn’t place orders from private numbers. I was not calling from a private number. I was calling from a business number and it shows up on caller ID’s. Fine. I asked Annette who her boss was and she told me his name is Justin. When I asked for Justin’s last name she hatefully responded, “JUSTIN!” Wow. I repeated the question and was told, “I don’t have to tell you that!” I hung up and replaced my order online. When my pizza had been in the oven (according to the tracker) for over forty minutes, I called back. She was still just as hateful as before and told me she had NO control over what the tracker told me. Weird. It said she was the one preparing it. Is this just made-up information? I told her that I thought they could update the tracker from the store and she told me it just updated based off time. Hmmmm? 🧐 I am so disappointed with Domino’s on Wrightsboro Rd. For something that could have easily been resolved.... I will say the Jasmine was very apologetic and friendly when she delivered my order. I happily gave her a 25% tip, but I will stay away from Domino’s in the future.
0 STARS FOR 0 SERVICE- HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT: We've ordered from this particular Domino's and the last 3 times the pizza has been EXTREMELY LATE, except for tonight where it NEVER SHOWED UP. This last experience happened earlier today: I online ordered over $50 worth of pizza at 4:30pm for my family and was quoted 20 min for delivery. My order had still not been delivered at 6pm so I called the store and they told me they were short on delivery drivers and my pizza was there in the store. I told them to hold my pizza and not send it out for delivery and that I will just come and pick it up. I live less than 1 mile from this establishment, I got there in under 5 minutes. There was an empty parking lot except for 1 other gentlemen inside and 5 workers inside. I go in, and they tell me my delivery is on the truck, mind you I just called and told them NOT to send it out. Fast forward to 7pm and I have still not received my order. At this point I've called customer service and made a complaint. I call the actual store number and sit on hold for 7 minutes, hang up and call back to sit on hold for another 7 minutes before the manager finally answered the phone. I then asked for a refund and told them to not deliver this pizza or any pizza to my house ever again. Prior to this, I ordered from here months before at the pizza was 2 hrs late and I only received 1 1/2 large pizzas because they'd run out of large boxes and sent 1/2 of one in a medium box. Note that these pizzas were barely warm and then sent the other 1/2 which was cold by now, and a 2 liter of orange soda to make up for it. The franchise owner needs to get her affairs in order because this investment is failing. As someone who works hard to provide great customer service, I am disgusted with the lack of service, communication, respect, and consideration my family and I had to deal with from this...
Read moreWas never given a receipt by my driver. I placed an order at the new location for delivery and upon delivering my food they forgot my wings. I called for them to replace my wings and was on hold for an hour. Long enough for my brother to go to the physical store and actually confirm that they were inside ignoring calls and doing nothing. My phone call was never answered. They refused to give him the wings because he got into an altercation with the cashier for trying to give him wings that were under a heat lamp for the whole hour we were trying to reach them. He was so frustrated we had to go up to Dominos just to speak on his behalf. 11:40 Doors were locked and we were told to go around to the drive through to speak. We were then informed they could not reimburse the wings they would not deliver but they could offer a 40$ store credit for the whole order. The whole thing was janky. Why would I want to eat here again? The service was so bad I don’t care if everything was free.. why would I want to be treated this way again as a customer? After stating the obvious to the cashier and her manager.. clearly all of this could have been resolved if the phone had been answered as it’s intended & the order was delivered like I paid for it to be... no one would be nearly this irritated. The manager had his employee handle the situation as he stood on the sideline and never even took any accountability. If I could give it 0...
