A week or two ago I was at dunkin donuts. I got the 'fruited iced tea'. The lady who took my order and made my drink were extremely friendly. The person making my drink was super friendly and said people say it's better without the fruit. I ordered the drink without the fruit and it was delicious. Today I went in to this dunkin donuts hoping to order the same thing. The two women at the register were awful. I ordered exactly what I wanted and the barista gave me a hard time. I asked for the fruited iced tea in a small. Then I said without the fruit. She said oh we can't do that. I said oh well I've had it before. She said we don't do that. I pushed on saying what I wanted. At one point she argued with her coworker about the drink. Finally she said so you just want black tea. No that's not what I want but I ordered it anyway. I'm very disappointed that I got such terrible costumer service. I will not be ordering from this dunkin donuts...
Read moreSaturday an hour and thirty minutes before closing I was in your establishment. No coffee needed, all I wanted was a bagel. There were about twenty left from the day and out on display. I asked for an everything, plain cream cheese. Your employee turned around to grab it and then told me "Oh, I am sorry, the other girl just cleaned the stove." Hmmmm...so that long before closing, you cant make me a bagel and wipe the "stove" down. What happened to your toaster? Oh and may I add...the lady helping me, she couldn't make me change either. I had the app, so my bagel was going to be $1.29. I offered to leave $2.00 and was not interested in change back. I went to the Dunkin next to Denny's instead. Super service, a bagel, $1.29, correct change back AND...I wasn't made to use my app. They were pretty embarrassed by the service I received...
Read moreWhere do I begin.. our visit started out witnessing an ugly confrontation between the manager and a customer over how her coffee was made.. the manager has zero customer service skills. No greeting when she started our order, had a fit when I asked for a sleeve or extra cup for my hot coffee because it was burning my hand. She had the nerve to tell me it couldn’t possible be burning my hand and NO ONE has ever asked for something to protect from getting burned (never mind that the color of my hand changed from holding it). My fiancé asked for iced tea w/lemon and received iced coffee w/lemon instead!! Will never step foot in this location again. This manager needs to NOT have this position.
