I am a loyal Dukin customer, I’m sorry correction...., I was a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer who is also a healthcare worker I get something from Dunkin every single week I’m there three days out of the week and today I actually walked to Dunkin from the hospital to get a coffee and a sandwich and I wasn’t even allowed all because I did not have a vehicle because they told me that the inside was not open drive-through only even though I have been able to go inside and order Which they can clearly see because they have cameras , but for some reason today I was told to walk through drive-through , i was going to walk through drive-through until I seen all the cars and it was a very dangerous situation for me to be in I explained it to the manager and I still was not able to order anything whoever the manager is during the day is horrible completely unacceptable and do not feel appreciated they do not appreciate healthcare workers how much do you appreciate us if we can’t even order a simple coffee or a sandwich with a face mask on I’m pretty sure you guys go shopping out in public and do other things that you need to do but One person with a face mask on can’t even come inside to order something with social distancing I spend my hard earned money at this place faithfully even while they’ve been raising the prices I have still been spending my money faithfully every week today was my last day...

I received 3 plain donuts 2 orange looking donuts, 2 plain glazed donuts 1 chocolate iced donut, 1 vanilla iced donut, 1 chocolate custard filled, and 1 powdered custard filled. When I arrived home in North Augusta I realized this is not a typical variety and called the Walton Way Dunkin Donuts to ask what comes in an assorted box of dozen donuts. The manager said all the donuts are suppose to be different. I explained what I had in the box and he offered to replace the ones that were the same and blamed it on a new employee and that she may have been confused. I explained I was in North Augusta and would not be in Augusta untill the next day and asked if he could replace my dozen assorted donuts with a new box free of charge for the incovienance and he said no. Told another male employee to tell me she was in the bathroom. After telling the male employee what my concerns were; the lead shift associate decided to take the call to hear what I had to say. After telling her my complaint ,she wasn’t too concern. I usually visit the North Augusta location. The North Augusta location machine is frequently inoperable. While I was in the area ,I decided to stop at this location at Walton way. This visit will be my last visit. I will never visit the Walton way location again. I will report my concerns to the corporate office also. I visit Dunkin’ Donuts 3 times a week. If Dunkin Donuts want customers to return; then this location need to retrain it’s employees.
