Dunkin' — Restaurant in Augusta

Whoever was working the drive through this morning was seriously so rude. I’ve never been spoken to with so much attitude in my life. If you hate your job so much you should work somewhere else, nobody is forcing you to work at Dunkin Donuts. We took an extra minute for my little siblings to figure out what they wanted and she apparently couldn’t handle that. And when we had ordered two of our drinks she tried to end our order, so when we said we were ordering a couple more things it very obviously annoyed her. When we had completed our order, she asked if that was all and we said yes. She replied “are you sure??.” With the most attitude I’ve ever heard in my life and that’s not an exaggeration. We were polite for the entire interaction, and when she saw us pulling up to the window she ran off and made her coworker complete the transaction. They are never opened the lobby and when you do get to speak to someone they are very cranky and rude I had a problem twice already at Western avenue where one of your workers named Grant more than one occasion he has been rude to other customers you need new workers who want to work not to hang around and play they say drive-thru is open so there is no cars in line so I knock on the window and the girl and a guy look at me and laugh and continue dancing in the back it took a total of 10 minutes before I decided to walk away the lady who cleaned your outside windows was there and I thought she was a worker and said no she just cleaned your windows and she thought it was rude herself the way they acted with no customers inside and none outside but yet ignored me very poor service you need all new workers before your business goes down I watch dollars just keep getting denied in there because they...

I have been going here for a year now as this Dunkin is on my way to my night shift at work. I can say without a doubt, they have never successfully got my order correct. To this day I have probably wasted over 100 dollars in wrong beverages that I have ordered. It blows my mind how inaccurate they are in taking down the correct order. I am not a drive threw person so this is saying a lot as I order in person. I even once waited over 15 minutes because they forgot to make my drink and when I politely asked for my drink they told me I would have to wait longer because there were other people ahead of me, (after I watched 8 people get their drinks who came after me). The service here is terrible and their accuracy is even worse. Often times they upsize my drink and charge me for it when I asked for a small and then give me a hard time when I ask for them to refund me...
