Horrible customer service, bad attitudes, and lack of professionalism. I ordered a caramel craze iced latte. When I arrived at the window the young lady told me the total was $3.45. That amount seemed a little off so I asked her to double check. She asked a co worker to verify and then she confirmed that same amount with me again. She handed me my drink afterwards and I drove off. After taking about three sips of my drink it didn’t taste like what I ordered. I drove back around through drive thru and informed them on the speaker. I was asked to come back to the window so they could remake it. When I arrived back to the window there was a different young lady who claimed to be a manager. She asked me if she could get my card to refund me for the amount I paid. After handing her my card she charged my card instead. I asked her why did she lie about my amount and the reason she asked for my card. She catches an attitude with me and hand me the drink they remade and asked me to have a great day. I asked her what was her name and she tells me she isn’t giving me her name. There was a co worker behind her who decided to jump in the conversation and state that she was a manager and I need to get out the drive thru because they have other cars. Well the young lady who charged my card finally decided to tell me her name was Shacorya. She just wouldn’t tell me how to spell it. The Second lady still refused to tell me her name. Read moreI have been coming to this Dunkin almost every morning for the last 2 years and my husband mostly picks up our order, but after this morning and the poor customer service we are switching to South Belair rd . I did a mobile order and picked up through the drive thru and when I stated my name I was told to pull forward , they didn’t bother to look and see if it was received and told me then so I could just order it , so I go to the window and the young lady with the shaved head tells me when I get to the window my order wasn’t received and yes that is on me , that was my fault I proceed to fix and she tells me well you will need to pull up and we will bring it out to you … Ok so I pull up and sit there for close to 12 minutes and see cars who pulled in the drive thru after I pulled up getting their coffees so I go back through the drive thru and she gives me my drink and doesn’t even apologize that I was forgot about or anything . Again my fault that I didn’t notice I didn’t finish my mobile order but why not at the speaker look it up instead of just saying pull forward so that I could of went ahead and ordered there like people who don’t use the mobile app? Why let me make it to the window and be told oh yeah your order just now came through and we need you to pull forward? Read moreOn Sunday, May 11th around 9:30 AM, I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts on Wheeler Road in Augusta, GA to order donuts and coffee for my wife as a Mother’s Day treat. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
The service was unprofessional and frustrating. The shift leader had one of the employees take my order, and she repeatedly got it wrong. When I politely corrected the mistakes, I was met with attitude and pushback—particularly when I asked for the donuts to be boxed instead of tossed into a bag with other items on top.
I was then told that Dunkin’s policy doesn’t allow boxed packaging for orders of fewer than six donuts. I reminded them that I had, in fact, ordered six—the required amount for a box—but they still refused to correct the issue properly. Instead, they took the bag back, added the sixth donut, handed me an empty box, and expected me to box them myself.
When I declined and asked for a refund, both the manager and the associate laughed and displayed a clear lack of professionalism. The manager was particularly rude and combative throughout the exchange, making the entire experience even more frustrating.
