Had mobile order and checked into app updating parking space number to let them know to bring it out. Ordered ten minutes prior before leaving house, extremely simple order. 2 Oreo frappe s, 2 Big Mac combos, regular no lettuce and medium drinks. It started raining and lightning so I didn't want anyone to come bring my order out and possibly get hurt or wet so I went inside and told associate at counter who I was and what parking # I was checked into. The app said my order was completed and ready to pick up however I watched my bag with the big number 4 sit on a counter for 20 minutes while I told 3 different employees who asked who I was and again what parking space I checked into. They made the frappes about 15 minutes after the order said ready to pickup because I seen a couple employees having a private side conversion while making them and they placed them on hot counter. An employee finally put a bag on takeout shelf while telling me they were just waiting for my fries. I assumed the bag was part of my order but she snatched it and said it wasn't mine but she pushed it towards me so that was weird but okay. So I waited 5 more minutes and associate asked my name again and realized it was my order. I don't know why she assumed the only order waiting wasn't mine because I didn't look like the name? Nevermind I answered politely when asked by each employee, about 5 total, my name and check in spot number over the course of this 25 minute adventure. The drink machine was out of syrup for most choices and no ice but at that point I didn't care to ask anyone working to fix them in back for fear it would be another 25 minutes . Did have a delightful, mostly one sided conversation with a self described neighborhood local woman who told me unsolicited that she never leaves home without her pew pew especially since she doesn't need a permit anymore according to her. She probably concealed it in her cookie monster pajama pants I reckon. She got her stuff before mine despite ordering 20 minutes after me but I wasn't mad to cut the convo short. 1 out of 10 if I had to give any score. The food was inedible as assumed as well. Womp womp. I didn't see anyone resembling a manager, but to be fair I didn't ask for one since I'm not a Karen, not naming names or trying to get nobody in trouble. Just an honest opinion of expectedly terrible food with unorganized unmanaged staff...
Read moreWorst McDonald's ever!! I went Sunday morning to get breakfast for my family and me. I went Drive thru, paid, looked at my receipt and I got charged for what I had ordered. Well, I get to second window employee hands me my food. I ask her "Is everything in the bags" she responds "yes". So O drive home, (I kibe really close to this McDonald's) I start taking food out of the bags to jabd out to my family, my daughter's food was missing and they charged me for it. I had to drive back, go inside with my receipt, I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledge by none of the employee's ( even tho I kept saying excuse, excuse to not one but three different employees that we're right there. When one of the employee's finally acknowledge me, I explained to her I was missing food and I had gotten charged for it. I told her I was missing a sausage and pancakes platter, she responded so you're missing a big breakfast platter, I said no, I'm missing the platter that brings only sausage and pancakes. She then again did not understand what I was missing. I told her again, she then responded okay I got ya. Well, I gotcha turned into me waiting another 15 minutes there, she hadn't even told the cooks in the back she needed my food until after 10 minutes of when she told me I gotcha. Meanwhile I'm standing there with other upset customers also waiting a long time for their food. There was a lady in the drive thru that was so upset at the slow service that she demanded her money back and didn't even want the food anymore. As I was standing there waiting for my food, one employee was saying out loud "I'm about to walk out right now" in front of myself abd several other paying customers who we're all trying to keep our cool and be patient. I called corporate on this McDonald's, I will never again go to this disgrace of a establishment. They need to fire all of the employee's and rehire and do a good training on all new employees on how to treat customers with coutersy and respect. The current employees here they don't care, abd they have very nasty attitudes. Like if you are so miserable working there, just find another job where you don't have to deal with...
Read moreWent through the drive thru and couldn't hardly get waited on. I had to say hello several times before someone would acknowledge me. I was never asked for my order and finally had to just tell them what I wanted (all I ordered was a sweet tea). There were only 2 cars in front of me and I pulled up at 6:25am and finally left at 6:45am. 20 minutes to get a tea!!! When I finally got to the window the rude girl working drive thru never confirmed my order but immediately tried giving me a bag of food. I told her all I had ordered was a sweet tea. She asked what else and I reiterated all I ordered was a sweet tea, she asked "what else"? Once again I said that all I had ordered was a sweet tea. She then grabbed a cup and stuck it out the window and said "here" and then shut the window. I had to knock on the window and give her the money I owed and asked for a straw. She took the money (exact change) and shut the window and walked away. Once again I had to knock on the window and when she returned, clearly annoyed, she said "now what'?" I again asked for a straw for my drink to which she said "oh my god" and laid the straw on the window ledge, not even offering to hand it to me. I usually stop at a different McDonald's in the morning but because of traffic went further down and stopped at this one. That will never happen again for sure. Worst customer...
