Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Augusta

I went to popeyes on Walton way the same one that lady crashed into over the missing biscuit..well I order a shrimp tackle box with a drink the combo.. well I should have pulled off when I saw the boarded up entrance. That was a sign the food wouldn't be good. didn't even know what happened till later. Anyway my food was terrible!! They gave me 4 shrimp and 2 barely cooked chicken tenders, cold fries, half cooked dough biscuit and over sugary lemonade. The shrimp was fried batterer only 1 piece of shrimp. The chicken tenders were half cooked I didn't even order that, the biscuit was half cooked dough that tasted like old grease and the fries were dumped in the bottom of the bag cold and greasy..I took one sip of the lemonade taste like a bag of sugar..Even my napkin was full of grease. It was the worst I have ever experienced at popeyes. Then I called to get a replacement for the next day and it was needless to say not any better..this time it was cold fries and half old grease tasting biscuit..no drink was given and this time I got 6 shrimp which was ok. I say shut this location Down and rebuild it and hire trained people who wanna work. That entire staff needs to go..except the lady on the drive thru that says thank you baby pull up for your total. Went there right after I picked up children from near by Magnet schools. Ordered family meal, 8 pieces of chicken nuggets, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Got the the window to pick up food, they said card machine is out of order for past 2 hours, so had to pay cash. Luckily i had some cash to cover the cost and before driving off, i noticed the didn't give me chicken nuggets..so the manger had to come to verify before they had to give me the missing order. Upon arriving home, all the food tasted old. Sandwiches were chewy.. like it had been sitting there or previous customer couldnt get it bc they only had a credit card.. i dont know the reason but I felt like I was eating a left over food from the night before and they also forgot to put 6 biscuits for the family meal I've ordered. They had so many people standing around the stop..but I guess they weren't expecting people to buy food at 4pm in the afternoon since the credit card machine was down. District manger should evaluate this place because the name Popeye will bring people in to this restaurant, but because of the employees who are not doing the job they are suppose to will end up losing business and that won't be the cause of...

So, I arrived at Popeyes at 10:29 they said they’re not serving breakfast anymore they are changing over I say ok I’ll order from the lunch menu. I ordered a original chicken sandwich 2 popcorn shrimp combos and a 3piece tender I had a mobile coupon for. Now I order popcorn shrimp every time I go to Popeyes and idk if they were in a rush to get me off of their curb but when I check the food out the amount of shrimp that was enough to fit in my red beans and rice cup. I attempted to call inside to Popeyes because I ran out the house with only my house shoes on because I was going and coming right back. I called their phone 14 times no answer, now I understand people are busy, but 14 times is excessive. Not to mention the girls rudeness at the window, still willing to let that slide I still ordered then I was told they were waiting on my shrimp to get done so I had to pull up and wait on the curb. I arrived at 10:29 and did not leave Popeyes until 11:09. I have never waited that long at Popeyes even when the chicken sandwich came out. I won’t be going there for...
