I went by 2/5 at about 4:20p to grab a quick lunch. I noticed the line was long. It was about 10 cars in front of me. I also noticed that staff were outside. I raised down my window,and I said I hope none of you are on the clock because this is unprofessional. Staff were outside, T andtaff had thier theiry members there with small children. The staff were ganging on this young lady trying to fight her. As the young lady humbly got into her vehicle, the staff and family poured cups of soda that wer unpaid for from Wendy's soda machine on the young lady vehicle. Sadly, ttherecorded it & laughed. Atp the line was getting I decided to go in the inside to order my food. Once I got into the store, I asked for the cooperation number because I noticed that the workers who were just outside were on the clock. Yes, I wanted to report it. I immediately became a target. A few of the employees & I had a few words. Then it escalated once one of the employees pushed me. Her sister was also there. She didn't have on a Wendy's uniform, but they acted as if they were going to jump me. By this time, I've placed my order already, but I still haven't received my food. I quickly grabbed my purse from the car. I mean, I only came here for a bite to eat, but I will not let anyone harm me. I didn't have a phone to contact the police. I realized I left my phone on the charger at work by mistake. Wendy's finally called the police. Once I spoke to the policeman, they told me to stay away. The policeman said he visited that location 4 times in 2 weeks. He said they are always fighting, jumping on others. When the police are called its always someone else's fault, but they are the common denominators. I do have a police report that will be ready on Monday. The police also started in the report that they have been there several times. Wendy's needs a whole new crew. Not to mention, with these disrupted behaviors, they wear your shirt proudly and represent your company. Lastly, when the police come they always give fake names. 😤

My family and I went through the drive thru this past Saturday (09/21) and it was an awful experience from placing the order, getting the food, having to return, etc. The young girl taking my order continuously interrupted with "Huh? what?" every other word. I double checked the screen and my order was correctly displayed so I pulled up to pay. She doesn't speak. Just takes the money, hands me change and two of the three drinks we ordered. After several minutes of sitting there, I realized she wasn't getting the third drink so I asked for it. She, again, doesn't speak. Just makes the drink and hands it to me. After several more minutes, we finally get handed a bag. We checked it and it was three burgers. We ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich meal. So I go back to ask them to correct it and when I get back to the window, the young girl is still there and says, "Well, what do you want?" At this point, I'm done so I request a refund for the chicken sandwich meal so that I can go somewhere else. The manager comes over and proceeds to try to argue with me, telling me "They was all burgers." I told her the screen said chicken. She sighs and tells the cashier to refund me for the chicken meal, opens the drawer for her and walks away. You'd think it was over, right? Wrong. The cashier proceeds to check her phone and text a total of THREE times, mind you the drawer is just sitting there opened this entire time. When she was done texting, she put her phone down and counted out my refund and then handed it to me without a single word. I have never had such terrible customer...
Read moreUPDATE: 1037PM 12/11/23...so I pull up to order in the drive thru, and instead of being greeted, I was met with "WE ONLY DOING ONLINE MOBILE ORDERS". I respond, "SO you are closed to everyone else?"...eventually she says, "NO, I GOTTA WAIT TILL MY CASHIER COME BACK" ...I was floored. So the entire establishment ceases operation if the cashier isnt there? Only a single person can take orders on a shift. So, I circle around and look into the restaurant. Folks are just chilling - and I'm suppose waiting on the cashier to come back? GTFOH! say goodbye to those 3 stars!
We were aggressively approach by an individual asking for money in the drive through. The manager went above and beyond to make sure her customers were safe. She was eventually able to safely discourage the individual to leave the area. I appreciate the fact that although she was not at fault, she was able to professionally handle the situation and retain her drive thru customers. She apologized profusely and kept her decorum mature and respectable. The employes assisted her as well. Great job guys! Kudos to you all!
4/23/23. Just left the drive through...rude cashier, no plastic ware, no dressing for my salad, no butter/sour cream/chives/cheese on my potato, ONE pack of crackers for the Chilli. Say bye bye to...
