I urge you to skip this location entirely and go to the location on wheeler rd. The Wheeler Rd manager is very pleasant, as well as the crew, however this location is far from that. A young man asks me for my order. I say “a large peach sprite, a large fry, nuclear sauce & ranch”. He says “can you repeat that” I say “a large peach sprite,” he cuts me off and says “no no no, I got that. A large peach sprite, a large fry. Now what else did you want.” I said “nuclear sauce and ranch” He says “Okay, so I got a large peach sprite, a large fry, nuclear sauce, and zax sauce” I said “I want ranch” He said “so you don’t want nuclear?” I said “I do want nuclear; I want it with ranch not zax sauce.” But before I could even complete my sentence he cut me off and said “ok 5.88.” Now that I can get over. What I can’t get over, is the disrespect keeps coming. I get to the window, and a young lady says “did you have a large drink and a large fry” I said “mhm” and she looks at me and laughs, audibly cackles at me, then says “ok” and takes my card. As she closes the window I said what is funny? She comes back, gives me my card. Hands me my food. Then gives me my drink with its spilled all over the sides of the cup. I said can I get some napkins please. She shut the window, then opened it back and said “some what?” I said some napkins please. She handed them to me and I went about my way. I understand you may hate your job. I worked at zaxbys when I was 16 as my first job. But that does not mean you can bring your passive aggressive attitudes and disrespect into the workplace. Read moreI placed my order at 8:21 pm I didn’t look in the bag (my mistake) i literally left and went home which is right down the street a total of 12 mins I opened my box and there was barely any sauce on the wings and you can tell NONE of it was fresh ! I called and talked to Samantha the manager and she was really combative after I’m telling you I wouldn’t waste my time complaining about lack luster food if it wasn’t fresh! She continued to make excuses ! Since I had plenty of time while waiting on my extremely complicated order of shrimp and fries (which was pretty good, btw and the Zaxtail sauce is interesting) I just listened to the crew argue and cuss and talk about the worst stuff in earshot and happened to hear my exact order placed two more times in the drive-through. So, I calmly asked what the wait was, to which the cashier turned around, said something, the cook tossed a box angrily in the window, knocking it open, then she closed it, bagged it and handed it to me.
