It was my daughter 24 birthday she decided she wanted to eat there I dnt eat taco but I went because it was her birthday they was rube the lady just was playing Around in her hair they dnt wear gloves they bring your food to you in hand not even on a tray & why should they have trays because when the so-called manger was bring some of they food to the table it was bout 11 of us then when he brought it instead of taking the food around to the person it belongs to he reach across my nephew which is 9 years old and wasted all the hot melt cheese on him all because he should have not reach over him & should have had the food on tray just burnt my nephew Neck up I had to call the police he told me i could pay and leave his store because he didn care what he had done I ask for his information he said wow you can leave and call the police idc and his employees was behind him 100% being rude he eVEN Stood OVER me demanding me i can leave I will never ever go ther again and my family will never ever go there and we will be getting a lawyer he did have any cares in him for burning a child with hot melted cheese that was sticking to him I was pissed & his parents was pissed i really think cause we was black we was treated like shit with no cares to give that sick as a manager poor management then while we talking to police the employee still playing in her hair the same hair that was in my daughter food he wasted on my nephew got pictures of that and...

Had a very Interesting Experience first time, The staff seemed pleasant but quite curious of me and boyfriend. I have very high social anixety and quickly am made uncomfortable. Following the service from the waiter that was spendid and the drinks, i quite enjoyed. Now my only issue is that during the 45 minutes ive spent here, a total of 3 seperate transactions were made. I get on a friday night, it can get quite busy and confusing with tabs of different customers. Now im not quite sure how the issue started but me and my boyfriend paided 3 times for our meals and left. We decided to return on sunday for the food that we enjoyed, We arrived at the location were we met by a waiter claimed that we never paided previously 2 nights before hand. Given the fact we had just arrived at the second location with the intentions of calling in our food. Now as a paying customer with funds withdrawn from my account three seperate times you then accuse us of not paying with proof from my bank in hand. To worsen the fact, this is done in public to put on display for all to see, not handled in a professional mannerr. This incident thus leading to me and my boyfriend will not be returning to this establishment. As a business owner myself I hope that this issue is resovled. Came in around 2:30pm. On February 15, 2024 We were literally the only ones in the restaurant. 2 servers a female and male. We ordered 2 drinks, sangria and a beer. Once we got our drinks, which took at least 10 minutes, and was confused because, like I said, we were the only ones here. He went and sat a few tables behind us on his phone🤔 after 20 minutes, we decided not to even get any food because what in the world is going on? Um, I know he didn't think we were going to get up and get him when we were ready to order. We are the only ones in the restaurant. So when he FINALLY came back, we asked for the check. Tell me why he goes back after we tell him we want the check, and he sits back at his table and gets on his phone. After waiting for the check at least another 10 minutes, we just get up and go to the register. We have been here plenty of times in the past, and they always bring the check to the table.

Side note. Their soup they give you was extremely bland. Idk what happened to the servers from before. I didn't even see cooks back there, and we sat in the back. I see why it was empty. And mind you, we have been here plenty of times and never had such horrible service.

Im actually pretty shocked. But unfortunately we DEFINITELY won't be returning.
