Baba's Famous Steak & Lemonade — Restaurant in Aurora Township

The food was awesome!!! But the customer service is the absolute worst from the time our foot stepped in the door! The man at the counter was so rude like I was bothering him he was so rude to everyone. One man was talking to him saying happy new year being friendly and the man at the counter rolled his eyes and walked away. He was throwing peoples food around and throwing the bag at the customer! We had stood in line yesterday for about 7 hours so we where starving or we wouldn’t have stayed! I am a restaurant manager I know isn’t every one lol but I am my staff would have one time to act like that!!! We will not be back it’s like they do not want business! So that’s cool they can just close and make no money ! What a shame people act like that!!!! The owner needs to fix it or they will go out of business! It looks like I’m not the only one this has happened to! I went to the bathroom and jumped on here to check the reviews to see if it was just me not surprised it’s not!!!! Again...

Food was delicious the person taking your order was horrible the lady doesn't pay attention to when the food is ready, talks with disrespect then gets mad when you correct her their wings are the bomb I was just getting a quick snack in the morning for the second time and when I saw her I didn't want to go in anyway I go in order pay gift cheated out my change when I make her aware what she's done she accuses me of not giving her the money she opens the register and realize she put my $20 bill and a $5 bill slot and apologize so rudely off her mistake the next customer complaint about the same way she talks to people avoid her at all cost she work mornings or you will go off . So I talked to the manager a gentleman with gold all around his neck I told him about different incidents he said that's my wife and his excuse was she serves 200 people a day and wouldn't you have an attitude I said No this is a place...

This place has the very worst customer service there is , the furniture is falling apart its the tables be nasty . You never see them sanitize the tables after people dine in, they have these 2 indian young ladies with very bad attitudes which isnt pleasing going back and forth with the customers. the cooks dont get the food correct .They pre cook the fries so they are super greasy or to hard to bite into, I had asked to speak with the manager or supervisor today she said it wasnt nobody because i awnt a refund for my food. it wasnt until i said i was going to call the police is when she came around and gave me my refund which she said she didnt know how to do. A majority of their customers are african american i suggest yall go to sharks and get ya'll food because they are just as good even better .With excellent customer service.
