This place really gets a zero on everything. I called and complained was told I could come back anytime. But when I called back to let them know I couldn't come on Friday I was told I only had 24 hours to get the replacement. So I told them I couldn't come sat because I had high fever I was than told to call Monday to talk to district manager but when I called the manager said they have no district manager and I had to come in today or I couldn't get anything. It was raining hard and I had no ride so I had to walk. She refused to replace all my meals. So I got 1 sandwich replace. I called corporate office and they took my last 4 numbers of the card I used. Said I will get a full refund in a couple of days. It been 3 weeks and no refund. I even told the store I was supposed to get refunded all my money and the manager keep my receipt and the manager said to bring it in. I told her the other manager keep it. She said she couldn't do anything about it since I didn't have my receipt. I called corporate office over and over and they keep telling me that the store owner will call me. Nope nothing. Today 9/23/23 I called corporate office again same thing she said the owner of the franchise will call me. Why should I have to go through all this trouble. I always pay over 26 dollars when I go there. Now I think they should double my refund. If I don't hear from the franchise owner on Monday than I'm calling corporate office boss. In particular, during morning hours, I have consistently interacted with a Hispanic lady clad in blue, who seems to be tasked with handling food distribution. Her behavior, however, has been unfailingly rude, as she fails to acknowledge my presence with even a cursory greeting. I am instead forced to announce my arrival and provide order details, which she then verifies using a code, apparently without prior knowledge of it. Read moreI don't know why I'm disappointed, it is a McD's, you can only expect so much. The last 2 times I went to McD's, first time not the same location, but I ordered the same thing and both times it was wrong. Sausage McMuffin with egg and cheese. First time I received the egg but no sausage. Second time I received the sausage but no egg. Let me just say, I was more disappointed when the egg was missing. This is the most expensive part of that sandwich.
