This is one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered in my 36 yrs on this planet. I was given a delivery time of 1hr 15min. It took 1hr 35min and I had a wife and kid waiting to eat dinner. We were staying at a hotel 5 min away. I called when it was 5 min late to get a status and the owner, the actual owner, said I don't know where your order is I cannot get a hold of the driver but should be there soon. He was extremely rude and did not even care that the order was MIA. He says call me when the driver gets there and I will give you a discount or just send it back. 15 min later the driver arrives and instantly apologizes.
I called and the owner answers and says I will give you $5 off. I laughed and said are you kidding me??? It was a $30 order. He says ok let me talk to the driver. I hand him the phone and he says give him $5, out of his pocket, and hangs up. WOW I have never encountered an owner like this before lol. I called back and said this is the kind of business you run and he says yes if you don't like it send it back. I said your driver is offering to pay me more out of his pocket. He said I am not arguing if you don't like it send it back. Haha he had already charged our card too.
The driver apologizes again and says listen how much do you want back. He is blaming me even though he sent me in three different directions for deliveries. I told him no way I am not taking his money your boss is an idiot. I told the owner his driver was offering to pay me out of pocket because it was bs it took so long and he said I'm not arguing with you if you don't want it send it back. I am completely shocked at this owners attitude. We like rosatis and the food was actually good (which the owner has nothing to do with). The fact that this place is carryout only and you get this kind of service is ridiculous!!! I still tipped the driver and quite honestly I wanted to go into the place and tear this owner a new one. Read moreI ordered on a Tuesday evening at about 9:45pm two large thing crust pizzas with a 10% tip for pickup through myrosatis.com online. My card gets charged immediately. I show up at 10:15 and they can't even find my order. Apparently the website thought they were closed even though the website says they were open till midnight and gave me no indication of this.
The next day I get a confirmation about the order. Be ready at 10:50am Wednesday it says. I call at 10:05, asking if the order can be cancelled, but they're already made, even though they open at 10am. Whatever. I tell him I'm not sure when I can pick them up but I for sure will.
My friend I'm babysitting for ends up picking them up for me on the way back from her appointment at about 1pm. One of the pizzas is sitting on the counter, not even under a hot light she tells me. The other one of the delivery guys grabs out of his car, both cold as a morgue drawer. The one I ordered half anchovies has half chicken substituted, which is fine, except AT NO POINT did anyone call me to check to see if I was still getting my pizzas or if chicken would be okay.
