The kid taking the order and his manager were too distracted with a female customer/friend of theirs that they lacked in giving myself as well as the other customers behind my family and I good service. I normally don't dine in at fast food chains anymore because of this but said what the heck. 1. Our drinks were not given to us upon paying and when my husband asked for the drinks the what sadly looked like the shift manager gave him an attitude asking "You didn't get your drinks?" No, he wouldn't be asking for the cups if we had. Then proceeds to slam cups on counter. 2. We requested dine in and when our food was finally ready it was given in 4 bags, not trays. 3. After setting our food on table I notice we were given a small chili (ordered a large) so I went to the counter and let the employee know we had ordered a large, "No, you ordered a small". Ok...even if I had, I would never say that to a customer. Between my husband and I, we requested a large chili since we were going to share. We were not given a receipt to confirm if we had paid for a large or small, employee looked at his screen and said we paid for a small. At this point I started to get frustrated and just took his word for it and kept the small. Still wasn't offered a receipt for peace of mind. 4. Noticed the people behind me were not given their cups for their drinks either. 5. Finally sat down to eat, my son says " where's the bbq sauce?" we were given sweet and sour. I will admit when we are wrong, but when we were asked all the questions from "To go or dine in?" to "What kind of sauce?" our answers were crystal clear. One thing is an honest mistake, but it's terrible when you are treated as if those mistakes were your fault. Had the employees been nicer about the mistakes I wouldn't have given this review. On a lighter note, went to McDonald's on Galena for dessert even though I wanted a frosty, and was given a Happy Meal toy without ordering one only because my son was interacting with the cashier and when we picked up our sundaes the young lady said "here are some extra napkins because I know ice cream can get messy 😊"....I think some employee training starting with the manager would do this...
Read moreI ordered online last night at 1 am bc google website says they close at 2am.. after my order confirmation, I go there and they don’t even open the window. I was so clueless bc I had already paid and just wanted to know how I can get my money back or if it’s closed!? I had no idea what was happening…so after being by the window for like 15mins and bunch of cars piled up behind me they finally opened the window and told me they close at 1.. I told them the google says 2 and that they already took my money and the manager just shakes his head and says sorry I can’t do nothing.. I said to change the Google and he tells me that I NEED to know they close at 1am. Like my father owns it or something?? I ask if I can get refund he tells me to come tomorrow and talk to another manager… what made me mad the most is how rude they were walking past the window knowing I’m there and still didn’t open just to talk for a sec so I can understand what’s happening.. I understand u close at 1 and that the google needs to be changed but it doesn’t mean to be rude and let someone wait for 15 mins just to tell me they close at 1… I got pics below to provide what time I ordered and what time it says they close on google.. just felt like sharing so someone else doesn’t...
Read moreIm not one to really leave a review and Im pretty understanding when things dont come out the best, but here’s why I would leave ZERO STARS. When pulling up to drive though after the first thing we ordered the lady said “ok have a good night”, we didn’t even get to finish our sentence and every time we ordered something she loudly sighed and when it came time to pay we asked for a military discount and she didn’t even ask just said no (not the most important thing but we know they do it and she said it with attitude) but even still it was her whole demeanor that made even paying super uncomfortable. Furthermore, when receiving our food they gave us the food WRONG! And when we mentioned they just told us to check the receipt and closed the window and just walked away! We waited and even honked (I never do that because I think it’s rude but had too) and she still didn’t come out so we had to leave and go to another Wendy’s to get our missing food having us to pay extra. Look I know where human and we have our bad days but I know what it’s like working with people and this is just not it! Next time ask to be in the back if interacting with customers is just...
