7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Aurora

My husband and I have been going to 7 brew almost everyday since The location opened in Aurora co we almost always get a sweet and salty or a Carmel Macchiato we started to get different drinks and the consistency has been awful all the secret menu chiller drinks taste the same. We went on the special BOGO day and received the wrong drink today on the 9th we went again and receive the wrong drink we got back in line and decided to tell them this time and we were met with the rudest employee at this point I’ve wasted more the 20$ at this stand in two days. She told me I was Wrong because she was the one that made that drink and I told well last time I got it it was great And this is for sure not the same so she pulls out her iPad And proceeds to read me all of the ingredients that go in this drink and says that she put everyone in them and that it’s not our fault because they’ve had a bunch of new hires I asked so does every employee not make the drink the same way? And she tells me no while clacking her nails at me with so much attitude She then remade the drink the exact same way probably just to prove a point She was a young girl with curly hair in a bun with tan pants at the Mississippi location in Aurora she’s the rudest employee I’ve ever met There and holds no accountability when we pulled up she wasn’t even paying attention instead she’s standing there Bobbing her head with a broom in her hand talking giggling with another employe Instead of helping she was So argumentative We won’t be coming back. We’ll just go to Dutch Bros like we were before this...

Where “Fast Meets Friendly”? More like “Slow Meets Side-Eye.”

Oh 7 Brew, you really had one job. Two visits, two complete disasters. Honestly, I should’ve learned my lesson the first time, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Never again.

Let me paint the picture: I ordered two simple drinks and watched, in awe, as at least four cars that came in after me got their drinks first. What kind of magical queue system are y’all running over there—astrology-based? Because it clearly isn’t first-come, first-served.

And the wait? Absolutely ridiculous. Over 20 minutes for two drinks. That’s not just slow, it’s glacial. And the cherry on top? The lovely judgy little glances from your staff when you don’t tip. I'm sorry—tip for what? Getting ignored and held hostage in the drive-thru? If I wanted cold stares and wasted time, I’d go stand in line at the DMV.

You clearly tried to mimic Dutch Bros, and wow—did you miss the mark. The vibe? Off. The service? Nonexistent. The smiles? Only if you count the one I gave when I drove away, swearing to never come back.

Your slogan says “Where fast meets friendly.” Honestly, it should be “Where patience goes to die.”

Do better. Or don’t—because either way, I won’t be back a 3rd time. Once, shame on you, twice shame on me. Thrice? No one knows what happens at thrice.

Please save yourself the trip and DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE.

I understand that this place just opened, and that they have new employees and whatnot, but I came here on four separate occasions, and I don't see myself coming here again anytime soon.

For starters, all their employees are super awkward, and they're not welcoming when it comes to taking your order. Every single time I went, someone would come up to my car, and just look at their tablet, and they would wait for me to say something. Not even a "Hello" or "What can I get for you today?"

When it comes to the drinks, they ALWAYS get it wrong. Every single time I've gone, I ask for no ice, and low and behold, the cup is filled to the brim with ice. Also, I asked for cold foam on an iced chai today, and they forgot to add it.

I placed an order today of 3 drinks, and this one guy with red hair handed them to me with no drink carrier, when he could clearly see that all my cup holders were full. I had to ask him for one, and when I did, he gave me a mean look for some reason.

On top of all this, the drinks weren't labeled, so we couldn't tell what was what. The drinks themselves would get watered down 3 minutes after we got them from how much ice the put in them.

There's so much more I could yap about, but please just save yourself the time and money and go to a more professional location such as Dutch Bros or...
