I often come here with my children who are 5 and 7 years old. Last week I decided to join my kids in the jumping session. When we came in I found the most fun trampoline and launched myself into the sea of foam cubes. It was a great jump right up to the moment when I realized that my phone flew out of my pocket and now is resting somewhere in the depths of the foam cubes. Luckily for me a staff member, Nathan, was standing nearby and asked me what happened as she saw the frustration in my eyes. I told Nathan about my dilemma and he swiftly jumped into action roaming through the cubes trying to find my phone. After a little bit of time I lost hope and made peace with the idea that I will most likely not find my phone. As I was getting out of the foam pit Nathan called my name and as I turned around he was holding my phone in his hand. I could not be more happy at that moment and grateful to him for his help. So we always come here I realize that it's not just about the fun times but about great customer service and friendly and helpful staff members like Nathan.

Summer COVID review: We visited during the 9am little kid hour, the first session of the day, a few weeks after Defy re-opened post COVID closure. That’s $12 per kid. However, everything with foam was closed: obstacle course, foam pits, zip line, pseudo-slackline, and any trampolines that jump into foam. Basically, only trampolines we’re open with no discount in cost. The whole place is marked up with arrows for crowd movement although we were the only ones there. It would be very restrictive if there was a crowd and it was enforced. For safety, they do temp checks at the door. No masks while jumping were required. Many mats were dingy and there was one employee who vacuumed the entire hour we were there, as one point having the cord on the trampoline my kids were playing on. I found it really weird that the contactless water bottle filler was closed along with the drinking fountain. The kids had a blast though. I smiled and nodded and jumped, but we won’t be back.

2018-05-27 We arrived at 1pm. We got a parking spot right away. We were here for a birthday party. There were 3 stationary tablets to fill up a waiver. Everyone will need a waiver, even you non-jumping grandma. The place was huge! Lota of different activities- jumping, bouncing, wall climbing, obstacle, trapeze, zip-line, basket ball bounce, swing, free fall, and more. There were 3 party rooms.. decent size. There was a fridge inside the party room for your stuff. I believe they will order pizza for your party. You can bring your own food for the party. There were cushioned benches in and out the bounce areas. There were lockers (for a fee) and cubbies (for free) for all your shoes and stuff. $3 for socks with rubber grips at the bottom (you have to have socks). There were lots of staff to ensure everyone's safety. All kids (even the kids at heart) had a blast! We will surely be back! Please give this review a thumbs up if it helped you in any way. Thanks!

We have had our daughter's birthday parties at this location multiple times when it was Defy and they were fantastic. Now under new management we had a terrible experience. The service was awful and the location was unsafe, as there was a shooting on the premises while we were there.

We were told over that phone the kids would have an hour jump time, an hour of party time with pizza, then back to jumping for an hour with the VIP package.

Someone was supposed to call the week before to finalize details and amount of jumpers. No one called us. I reached out the day before the party on a Saturday and was told no one could help me outside of M-F business hours.

We showed up at 1:30 on Sunday for our party, as directed, half an hour before the kids jump time. No other patrons were present when we arrived, but it took 5 min for the three people behind the desk to acknowledge us. They directed us to the party desk.

At the party desk one solitary worker was in charge of checking in three parties simultaneously, one at a time checking people's waivers and giving wristbands. It took a full hour before our whole party was able to check in.

We were then taken to our party room, which was set up for 12 kids and very small. We RSVPed for 20 kids and had 17 show. I was told that there was nothing they could do unless we wanted a refund and to leave... after 17 parents had left their kids with us. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no one else there and given a very generic email address.

The room was so small we couldn't even bring in the large balloon we had bought for decoration because there was nowhere to put it. While I was trying to figure out how we could make the room work, my husband was monitoring kids jumping, since the staff seemed pretty checked out. He had to ask four teens to stop harrassing one of our 10 yo guests.

We were supposed to get water bottles for the kids with the VIP pkg. I asked multiple workers if they could please bring water or water bottles as the kids were thirsty. They finally brought the water bottles well into the party, empty, and two small ice filled pitchers of water that were not refilled for the next two hours.

We were supposed to get VIP passes, stickers, and a party favor for each child with our package. Most of the water bottles had VIP passes in them, not all. Two had stickers. One had a bracelet I assume was supposed to be a party favor.

When it got close to the time we thought the food would be served we asked when we should gather the kids. They told us it was policy only to serve food at the end of two hours of jump time at 4:00, which was when many of the kids would be leaving and not what we had been told. We ended up serving our own cake before they brought pizza because the kids were starving.

The only time our assigned party host proactively inquired about anything was to tell us twice that she was going to cut our kids' wristbands so they couldn't jump again, since they had eaten cake. She finally brought pizza when many of the kids had left and didn't clean up anything until we were gone, so we did all of the serving and cleaning ourselves.

We ended up stuck with about 10 kids in a small concrete room for an hour who had eaten and weren't allowed to jump again. During that time there was a loud adult altercation outside our party door.

Then the kids' parents ended up unable to come in and get them because THERE WAS A SHOOTING OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT with multiple shots fired and someone being taken away in an ambulance. No one was allowed in or out of the building for about 45 min. At no time did a worker come check in with us about the situation or give any additional information. It felt extremely unsafe. When we left, a cop was heatedly interrogating someone on the curb about a foot from my car while I tried to herd children past as quickly as possible.

I don't blame the few underpaid workers present for this madness. This place is mismanaged. I would never bring my child back here, let alone have a...

Story time at location in Aurora, CO Read before going!! Especially the end will really hit the bull eyes on the one star! What really ticked me off was the flexibility staff had with other patrons and not my children! So of course that reflects the one star! However let this be explained! Sock policy- it states that "park approved socks" which in terms means socks with gripping for safety! Prior to arriving I read up the policy that stated for safety reasons socks must have grippers on the bottom to reduce risk of injury the on equipment! It also does not state that "approve socks" must be "their logo" must also not be another "logo" from any other trampoline park! We arrived with "gripper socks" still brand new from another trampoline park they usually visit! As they approached to get on the equipment- the staff told them they could go in! They didn't have "approved" their logo park socks! Clearly it stated the other parks name and they could verify the grippers on the bottom were still in new condition! Asked to speak to a manager and she had no answer to the policy- nor resolved the issue to confirm they are safety trampoline gripper socks! As my teens have visited many other trampoline parks in many states there have not been an issue since a waiver is signed and socks are verified!

Now after this has happen! Yes I was mad! Yes I was looking for a resolution but none was made. I was told to either purchase socks or go home! I demanded a refund out of the disrespect! However I have a very cool level headed teen that just came up and said "nah, we came here to have fun! The policy is not written to the understand the employees understand! He took off his socks and purchased new ones!"

Ok that's my rant but let me explain how this was wrong on employees part!

  1. Witnessed staff wearing shoes and not socks in and on equipment areas.
  2. Witnesses many other teens "friendly" with staff with shoes using equipment with shoes not socks.

The biggest hit here- On the basketball section where "park approved socks" are required also!! Of course I was watching to see how well they " really" follow that same policy!

Watched three teens play in regular white crew socks- very obvious! An hour into the play time purchase in through the front doors come the firefighters and ambulance! Guess where they went and to whom!

You guessed it! The teen playing in the basketball court WITHOUT "Gripping socks" the teen with the long white crew socks playing on the court for over an hour without issue!!!! Yes staff watched him playing and get injured but did not enforce the rules or policy effectively to ALL PATRONS!

The service is what you would expect with teenagers running the place with me minimum adult supervision! Rating for a fun time was not fulfilling and 2 hours is too much for what is...

I was very upset with the way my party was handled. You would think with how expensive their party packages are, that they would be more organized and offer more. I had my son's birthday party here last year and everything went so smoothly so I figured I'd have his birthday party there again. Last year, you would get the party room the whole time that you booked, so while the kids jumped, adults could be in the party room hanging out and eating and then the kids would come when their jumping time was over and hang out in the party room the rest of the time. Well this time, apparently that has changed, "to allow more jump time." Now you get an hour of jump time(which is the same as last year) and only an hour in the party room after their jump time is over, which results in adults attending the party being clustered in the lobby and just a bunch of confusion when trying to get everyone into the party room when it was time. They offer racks to put presents and party decorations into while kids jump, but even with that they're unorganized. They had assigned a specific rack to me that was labeled and everything, and when I went to grab it, it was gone. 20 minutes later, a party "organizer" came up and said someone had taken our rack and would work on getting us a new one for our stuff. On top of it all, when I had made the reservation, Hailey, had scheduled me a set time and assigned the upstairs room to us and assured we would get that room. A few days before my party, I get an email confirming my party at a different time, I called and was informed that they did indeed change my time, WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH ME FIRST, and that you apparently can't request specific rooms, when the year before and when I had spoken to Hailey a few weeks before, my request was NOT denied, so we ended up being crammed into one of the small rooms where the A/C was not on so it was ridiculously hot in there. At the end of the party, I voiced my concerns and all they could offer was extra jump time for the birthday boy who at this point was exhausted and not feeling too well either after being in a crowded hot room. I will not be booking anymore parties here, for the price you pay, you would think the experience would be great, but we are all just left highly disappointed. I do NOT recommend Spider Monkey for...
