Big Belly Brothers BBQ — Restaurant in Aurora

WOW!! In my opinion, Denver doesn’t have the best food scene but Big Belly Brothers BBQ proved me wrong! Some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a while. I stopped by the food truck by my house tonight for dinner and got the burnt ends with Mac n Cheese. They were doing free desserts so I decided to get a deep fried oreo. One of the gentlemen gave me a surprise fried apple bite and it might be my new favorite dessert; a sweet apple & buttery, melt-in-your-mouth kinda dessert. The burnt ends were also tasty, they fell apart so easy I didn't even need a knife. I got the side of Mac N Cheese, it was good but next time I would try a different side. Overall amazing place for dinner if you want delicious BBQ for an affordable price! Plus, I’ll definitely have some leftovers I plan on eating in my breakfast...

Found these guys by accident when they were the food truck at Launchpad Brewery in Bennett. What a wonderful surprise and experience!

I had the burnt ends, my wife had the quesadilla and my daughter had the mac & cheese. Everyone loved what they ordered. As a pleasant surprise, I tried the cherry bites for dessert and they too were wonderful. Image a hand-held homemade cherry pie, hot & delicious.

I particularly liked their selection of sauces. The habanero was my favorite, but the Carolina sauce was really good as well. The portions here are generous, and downright large compared to other food trucks.

We had Big Belly Brothers Food Truck cater our wedding and WOW-people are still talking about how good the food was! Every single dish was delicious, and the portions were generous. The team was super friendly and professional, making everything run so smoothly.

As the bride, I didn't expect to remember much about the food-but their mac and cheese was seriously one of my favorite parts of the entire day. That's how good it was!
