I ate the enchilada plate for lunch earlier this afternoon and as I got up to go pay all the employees started giggling with one another and so much so that it was intentionally letting me know their laughs were in reference to me... I've been on the toilet nonstop with the straight runs for hours now and now I'm beginning to have server chest pains. I am a follower of Jesus Christ and I wouldn't taint this business or anyone else's unless I was 100% certain I was correct in doing so by patiently trying to hold out before posting this review. And I'm doing so after I've prayed to God about it and attempted to call the restaurant twice so I could hopefully speak with a manager there that is also a believer in Christ and would get to the bottom of this but neither time I called did the young ladies I tried speaking with understood me asking for the boss or manager or supervisor or owner of the place to no avail... Thankfully, I got a to go box and brought the remaining 75% of my meal that I couldn't force myself to eat while being giggled at after they brought me crispy/hard corn tortilla shells that wrapped around the steak that was even more overcooked than the tortillas was. I'm giving it to God and that His will be done with this restaurant by having the leftovers analyzed by professionals to see exactly what it was that they added into my $19 plate of whatever it was and coke, plus a $5 and some change tip for the waitress. I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW AS SOON AS I FIND OUT WHAT IT WAS THAT WAS IN THAT FOOD THAT HAS ME STILL ON THE TOILET AT 11PM DENVER COLORADO TIME. I SERIOUSLY FEEL LIKE I'M DYING HERE AND CAN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE IN ENGLISH ABOUT THIS SITUATION... IN AMERICA! NOT MEXICO!!! GO FIGURE... BEWARE...
Read moreThis star is only for the horchata. A total of 7 people and together we ordered a total of 8 tacos and it came out to the price of 59 dollars. This is ridiculous, I was really thinking everything would be great here based off of the nice reviews I saw. They really need to get their act together and make reasonable prices. Really, 8 tacos is 60 dollars? If it’s gonna be like that make the tacos good. I know this is a family restaurant and I love them because they always put heart and soul into their food and place. I guess that’s why nobody comes here. If you are reading this I truly hope you succeed I really do but don’t overprice everyone for something that doesn’t have good presentation. The people working there looked really annoyed that more customers came in the building. They were just sitting there and acted like they just wanted to leave. But the positive is that the horchata was the star this time. However, this place needs to show their prices that are there that day because it’s constantly changing and going up and the customers aren’t notified about it until it’s their time to pay for their food after they ate it. And also you need to make sizes for drinks. Not everyone wants to have a large...
Read moreI have always proudly recommended this place and it really has been my go to. However, the last time I ate here I was disappointed in the service. As my fiancé and I sat down, we ordered our drinks and food I also asked for chips and salsa and the waitress told me that they didn’t have any. I said okay and went on about my food. About 5 minutes later, we saw a gentleman that just got seated get chips and salsa…? After we were told they didn’t have any? Our waitress never even came to let us know that they didn’t have any at the time or that it was going to take a few minutes to make some or even that we would have to pay for a side of them? I would have been okay with either of those but instead we were lied to right to our face and honestly if felt like we were being discriminated against. The sad part is that we were also Hispanic so I don’t understand why we got such awful treatment. Will not be coming back to this place or even recommend it to anyone else. I’m all about supporting my own culture but definitely not with this kind of service...
