Top Phở — Restaurant in Aurora

My partner and I realized that with covid numbers increasing that restaurants were likely to shutter soon but tonight we were really craving pho on this brisk fall evening. When we pulled into the parking lot with no numbers we were concerned that maybe we didn't get the memo that restaurants had temporarily shuttered.

With Arapahoe County in the red - Top Pho is operating on a take-out only basis and it doesn't affect the quality of their food one bit. Unlike most noodle restaurants, they use quality to-go containers - not styrofoam which can leak into your food if heated to a high temp. Service was quick and kind. Our initial disappointment at the thought of our Pho cravings being disrupted by the pandemic quickly turned into a pleasant evening at home thanks to the staff at Top Pho.

I don't write reviews unless I'm impressed and with good reason. Would highly recommend supporting this small business during these trying times. High quality food at an affordable price.

So disappointed. This was my favorite restaurant with my favorite food for a long long time, about 10 months. I ate pho here 3 times a week, every week. Sometimes more because it was close to my work, and i don't usually pack, plus the soup is healthy. All their food was of high quality and the service was fast, friendly, and generous. Sometimes i would feel off and cramps would kick in after eating a meal here though, didn't think much of it. But the last time i had pho here (which is now my LAST time forever) a DEAD COCKROACH was in my broth. I couldn't believe my eyes. All my coworkers saw at lunchtime and stopped eating their soups immediately. Now were never coming back here again unfortunately. I wonder for how long that Cockroach was boiled in their pots and how many people were served from that same soup pot which a cockroaches corpse bathed in. It is the Top Pho. they set out to be the best and they are the best in many ways. yummy broth, and good size portions and unlimited BBQ beef on the side .Which is outrageously yummy and good, however I wonder if the bbq spicy beef might have red food coloring in it,.,.. people do not realize that some indian and chinese food places uses sauces with artificial coloring, (like tandori chicken in indian places, and bbq pork spare ribs in chinese/asian places). I eat it anyway in moderation. and they do make it delicious. Besides top pho there are two other place where they make the pho as good, but minus the free BBQ. anyway this place is another example why Aurora is so much better than Denver when it comes to Asian food. best prices generous portions, and best taste and without pretension.
