Usually this place is amazing and we order here a lot but these past few times it just seems like the service/food has been going down. One time I ordered shrimp and pork spring rolls only to find just shrimp. Another time we asked from extra siracha and it was on the receipt twice only to find no siracha when we opened the order at home. The last time we ordered from here we found a piece of a bag INSIDE one of the spring rolls and to top it off just one single piece of pork in each spring roll. I almost thought there was no pork again this was noted only because last time there was no pork so I made sure the lady on the phone repeated my order back to me correctly. I’m leaving them 2 stars only because they have been good in the past but lately something has been wrong with them they’re usually really good. Unfortunately the bag in the spring roll was very upsetting for us and haven’t...

Ordered takeout pho at a weird after-lunch time-of-day: 2:30 pm. The food was ready in ~7 minutes. The venue was mostly empty. Portions were generous and the broths were very flavorful. The condiment baggies of sprouts, lime wedges, basil leaves, hot sauce, and jalapenos were neatly packed in a compact well-organized ziplock. The vegetarian pho had big chunks of brocolli, cauliflower, baby corn, sliced carrots, and 4 large cubes of fried tofu. Make sure your broth is vegetarian: not fish or meat. The beef pho with meatball was sliced up alongside decently portioned onions, too. Ordered extra broth and it came in the same size container as original soup. The rice noodes were not mushy. Some cute Vietnamese artwork can be appreciated while waiting on food. If you eat seafood, the maître d' recommended a special appetizer of crab/cheese filled...

I normally go to Pho 999 on Peoria so I was very excited to see this open up around the corner from my house. I went there and ordered a medium chicken pho to go and a bunch of other stuff. These suckas literally put 3 shreds of chicken in the bowl. THREE. I told my husband "good thing I ordered the medium because had I ordered the small I would have only gotten chicken broth". Smh. I was so disappointed. They didn't put any sauce in the bag, no sprouts no nothing it was horrible. I threw my food away and went to my normal place to grab the same order. I wish I had taken pictures of the two so that you could see the difference. Pho Peoria definitely played me.

On the other hand. Their crab cheese wontons are FIRE and my husband liked his combination plate from them. So, I won't be going back but I guess it's...
