Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Aurora

A pretty good burger for a place that truly specializes with ice cream. Speaking of which, I'm a "Butter Brickle" fan. It continues to disappoint me there's not any of the aforementioned ice cream to do shakes with behind the counter. A few years ago and only at a couple of locations (Springfield MO just west of Bass Pro) carried Butter Brickle behind the counter. But no more. Very sad.

March 3rd, 2022: Update on the missing Butter Brickle Ice cream, a VERY sweet Braum's lady employee, let me know this particular ice cream flavor came in several sleeves about a month ago. To me that meant when checked again on a hopeful whim about the end of January of 2022, I missed this shipment because I was early. The ice cream in question showed days later. She went on to say Butter Brickle was now a seasonal ice cream. Meaning I just can't get it when I want. Thing is I've been wanting for better than a year! 😆 So, I bought 4 one gallon containers. And I got it on sale plus FREE cones! Sa-WEEET! Hopefully this will tide me over for a couple months. (Seems to only be a night shift issue) Has to be one of the worst braums in a 200 mile radius, as someone who used to work for braums this location does not embody the quality and love for food that braums tries to gives it consumers, the market is great however when it comes to actually eating here id save your money and make a turkey sandwich at home, multiple times I've gotten chicked that is literally white from being so old, fries that are so soggy they fall apart and every time I ask for fresh it's probably fresh from 2hrs ago, I have contacted the district manager three times with nothing getting done about it and no offer to make it right, and let's not begin with the attitudes of the workers here, I understand it's a "high school" job but you're in customer service so act like, reprimanding employees infront of paying customers, touching food with no gloves, blowing knoses next to "fresh" food and looking like you crawled out of a trash can while serving ice cream is not okay, do better aurora braums!!!, if you want a good braums go to the nixa or republic rd one they seem to care about their...

Ordered 4 meals and shakes as the drinks with all 4. Two were supposed to be large sized and two were to be normal sized.The cashier repeated it back to me when ordering. Took a longer time to get the food than expected but we were behind another large order so we were OK with that. Had our food to go but not our shakes. Waited & waited standing there,all 4 of us with our bag of food to go. No one seemed to notice or question us just standing there by the counter for over 10 minutes after we got our food. Finally we notice they were cleaning the shake machine up from drive thru orders but not making ours. We said we haven't gotten our shakes yet. They looked confused and asked what kind we had. Took a long time just for the first one and it was the wrong size. They remade it. Then took forever with next and it was a small but we took it anyways. Next was another small that supposed to be large and they remade it Ladt one was a small supposed to be medium but we took it and left anyways.
