Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Aurora

I am no longer coming back here, I had ordered a big meal about 2 weeks ago. I had ordered the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, 12 nuggets, and large fries and a large Sprite. When I had got home and was going to enjoy my food I took a bit into the Chicken Sandwich and it was Cold, my nuggets were Cold, my fries were cold and Salty to the point putting them in ketchup or barbecue sauce didn’t do it and justice. The only thing left from my Meal was my drink and I had nothing else to eat that night due to everything else being closed down, I had to make Ramen Noodles just to feed myself so I had something to eat. I didn’t receive a straw, they didn’t give me the Sweet and sour hot sauce or whatever sauce it was, that wasn’t in the bag, I had no napkins at all in my bag, I had called them back twice when I was at home and told them what had happened, I got a refund and not a free meal? I’m not going to be spending my money out of my pocket just for this place to give me cold food. This company should be held accountable and liable for their actions and they should have better staff than just teens working here which they are the ones who gave me cold food, there was no Manager or Supervisor or any in charge of their actions, either this company teach or properly know how to make food properly and not make it cold to the point where I had to throw it away and it was a waist of money. This particular location has the most incredible staff ever! That is saying a lot because every single location has amazing staff. I don’t know how Chick-fil-A does their training or maybe it’s that extra day off of the week that just helps and those good Godly values. Probably just great managers making greater managers and leads.Who knows? I don’t know their secret to success yet!But here they are always so nice, I feel so welcome. I am a Chick-fil-A nut because it is my son‘s favorite thing to eat and he would eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner every day. So we are there pretty much every other day at least and every experience is perfect. Like I said I’m always treated with the upmost respect and big smiles no attitudes, it’s wonderful. And the food is always fresh and delicious and if ever a mistake occurs, everyone’s human, they immediately fix it with the “customer’s always right attitude.” HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Oh big thing, I know you all have noticed how insane it is during peak lunch hours there, at any Chick -fil-A location, because everyone loves Chick-fil-A, this location gets you through so fast it’s mind blowing. I’ve seen the other locations deal with these lines wonderfully and quickly and sufficiently just not as well as this location. It's chik fil a a tier 2 fast food place(no tier one in fast food no exista). The service is ALWAYS top notch. Smiling employees who tell you it's thier pleasure to serve you. It's cheesy and probably a lie at times but it's better than a bored sigh and a whach you want man. Attitude is everything. The food is good always taste the same. Thier portions are back to a larger size.( They were shrinking it up there for a bit). Price is about the same as Wendy's or arbys. And it's chicken so you feel a little better about eating it. I haven't put a meal to the side sitting at room temp to see if it spoils. Some places have so many persevatives that food looks the same after sitting out for months as it did when you are it. That can't be good for you. The only complaint I have on the CFA is those fries. They look different and you would think with that checkerboard cut that they would fry up nice and crispy. Not nope never had a good fry from the Fil A. Never ever. But the milkshake, that makes up for the Fry's for sure. Not quite as chocolate taste as I want, chocolate shakes shouldn't be vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce but 95% of places all make them that way.
