I frequently stop at this DQ and most of the time they do fairly well. However, during my visit today they did not perform well.
I always get exactly the same thing, banana split blizzard with no pineapple and extra banana. The banana is always in chunks. It was obvious that when they made it there was excess and they slide of some of the blizzard as waste. The top is where most of the banana is.
I went to my car and found no chunks of banana. So I took it back into them and said there is no banana. Thier response was there was a whole banana in it and the banana was blended into the blizzard. That would be the first time that ever happened. I went back to my car and ended up taking it back inside and leaving it on the counter. Noone said anything about making me a replacement. Definitely not pleased with their disregard with my opinion about the quality of the product they provided me.
DQ is my favorite place for ice cream. However, if I am in the Southlands area and want ice cream I will go to Cold Stone or another place to get ice cream.

Read moreI placed a mobile order and I showed up 10 minutes later and the employees told me I never placed a mobile order and they have not received anything. I explained to both of the employees that I did in fact place a mobile order and showed them the order in the app as well as the money I was charged on my credit card. The lady explained to me that they could make my blizzard but they won't give it to me until the order comes through on their end. So I sat down and waited another 10 to 20 minutes to receive a mini blizzard. This is ridiculous, I think the employees should be trained better on customer service and what is the point in placing a mobile order in advance if you show up and still wait 20 minutes for 1 item? Read morePlaced an order for 6 items and requested that all items be placed in to-go containers during the order. Order was brought up to the counter and I again asked for everything to be placed in to-go containers. The employee, Elle, a snobby teen, elected to throw a tantrum and smashed 3 of the 4 cones while placing lids on and couldn't figure out which blizzard was ours and so just grabbed one and handed it to me which turned out to be the incorrect blizzard.
